This is a recipe I use at least twice a month and it is very good! It’s an easy meal made in minutes! Recipe from website Running to the Kitchen: www.runningtothekitchen.com

INGREDIENTS 5 ounces canned or packaged tuna, drained

1 small apple, nely chopped

3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1/2 lemon, juiced

3/4 cup grapes

Salt and pepper

1 stalk celery, nely chopped

1 bunch of watercress, chopped

1 tablespoon pepitas

INSTRUCTIONS Makes 2 servings. 1. Combine all ingredients except grapes in a medium bowl and mash together. 2. Fold in grapes. 3. Serve atop a bed of watercress.
