PARKING I’m honored to chair this year’s event, which will be held on Saturday, Nov. 6, at St. Louis Union Station. Our theme – A Breakthrough Experience – spotlights the American Cancer Society’s efforts to enhance health equity and advance innovative research being conducted right here in St. Louis. It also highlights the distinctive and artful experience we have planned for our guests. This will be our sixth annual gala, and together, we’ve made a tremendous impact, raising more than $6.2 million since 2016. This year also marks the 10th anniversary of our chapter. I’m so proud to be a member of this dedicated group and collaborate with all of you in our efforts to fight cancer. Having faced my own battle with cancer, I know how important it is to give others hope and to help our families, colleagues and communities not just survive, but thrive. We have a lot to celebrate this year, and I hope you’ll join me in working to make this our most successful gala to date. Thank you for your partnership and commitment to the American Cancer Society, our St. Louis Chapter and this year’s gala. I look forward to seeing you at the celebration!
