All the initiatives presented in this report are part of our operational routine, as a concrete demonstration of our commitment to perpetuity and sustainable develop-
We are aware of the challenges the industry faces, but our focus is on demonstrating that it is possible to do business in a responsible and sustainable manner. Therefore, we are committed to the search for innovative solutions and cleaner technologies to ensure that our operations are aligned with the best sustainability practices and with international agendas such as the UN Global Compact and the Sustainable Development
We are committed to being pioneers in the commercialization of responsible gold, derived from artisanal, small and medium-scale mining.
We believe that this will only be possible with the commitment of constant efforts, and in the improvement and development of practices aimed at the environment and society.
I would like to thank everyone who, directly or indirectly, contributes to our goals being achieved, and that in the near future we can be a reference in the market for the good practices implemented in the gold mining and commercialization segment.

Message from the Director of ESG, Risks and Compliance
Vinicius Pinho Director of ESG, Risks and Compliance
Our goal is to be a national and international reference in all of our areas of activity and we believe that this is only possible with responsible action without compromising our values, which are unshakable.
We are part of society and we are fully aware of our responsibility to add value to our customers, employees, suppliers and all those with whom we relate.
The strategic decision to set up a specific unit within the organizational structure of the FNX Group to manage our efforts and responsible environmental, climate, social and governance practices proved to be the right one and 2022 was just the beginning of the path of no return that we are following in ESG.

We, at the FNX Group, believe that now, more than ever, is the time to recognize that the continuity of the mineral sector will only be possible with the effective application of respect for human rights, the environment and the fight against illegal activities. . Adopting global sustainability agendas as guidelines for our strategic growth are leading us to be protagonists in supporting and fostering sustainable development, within our area of operation, as well as for the communities that are located around our activities. We are just getting started, and we are sure that balancing our strategies on the ESG pillars are making us economically viable, socially fair and environmentally correct.
