One of the many benefits of Gymnastics is how the sport can teach the athletic foundation needed for all other sports Dragonflies is the perfect class for this While we recognize children this age are able to sign up for many other activities, we strongly believe gymnastics provides a more well-rounded approach to physical development, coordination, balance, agility, strength, reaction time and tracking (a skill that helps with reading) than most other sports for kids this age. The Dragonflies class has a stronger focus on skill development without losing any of the fun and excitement. Children will be actively engaged on bars, beam, floor and tumble tramp along with other fun games and activities. Independent 4 and 5- year-old children will reap benefits for many years to come with the foundation built in our Dragonflies class.

Achieve Sports generally is unable to provide refunds or credits for any activity (i.e., class, clinics, camps) once the event or class session has started. Class Sessions start on the Monday of each session and not the first day of the class. We do review all refund and credit requests on a case-by-case basis, due to hardships and special circumstances.
We request that parents or guardians accompany their child(ren) to and from the building for practice. This request is for your child’s safety. ALL participants are to remain inside the building with our staff until an adult arrives to pick them up. We have never had an incident and feel that the presence of parents at pickup and drop off helps to ensure the children’s safety.
It is our policy that participants arrive on time for class and do not leave until class is finished. Parents are not allowed in the gym during class unless they are participating in one of our Parent/Tot classes. This policy is in place to maintain the concentration of the coaches as well as the participants, and it allows us to run safe classes with minimal distractions. If you have a concern with something that is happening during class, please contact our Program Managers, Lisa Sparrow (Gymnastics/Ninja/Cheer) at Lisa@AchieveSports.com, Kelsey Cradle (Turf) at Kelsey@AchieveSports.com, Sydney Ottosen (Court) at Sydney@AchieveSports.com, or our Office Manager, Katie Seedroff at Katie@AchieveSports.com.
Gymnastics: Children do not have to wear leotards during class They can wear form fitting T-shirts and shorts, leggings, or sweats No jeans, even if they are shorts Clothes without buttons, snaps and zippers are preferred Sports bras must be covered by a leotard or shirt. It is not possible to offer make-ups for missed classes. Enrollment in our Recreation Program is with the understanding that you are paying for the spot in your child's specific class and not the number of days attended during the session Many of our classes are full and have wait lists which make it difficult to allow make ups and keep our ratio of athletes to coach intact Achieve Sports will not prorate the session tuition for any missed classes
If Achieve Sports must cancel a planned class, we will credit your account for that class. Credits must be used within 90 days or they will be forfeited.
NO FOOD OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED IN THE GYM, TURF or COURT Water, in a closed container, is the only drink allowed in these areas

We provide an observation area for those parents who elect to stay for all or part of their child’s activities. Parents are NOT allowed in the gym, court or turf unless their child is in a parent/tot class or participating in a 10 and younger Open Gym.
Achieve Fitness: We have a workout area that is available for parents and visitors. This area is for participants 13 and older (children 13 to 17 must have an adult present with them). All participants must sign a waiver, pay and sign in prior to working out in the fitness area. One-time use is $3.00. We also have an eight-time punch card for $20.00 and a twenty-time punch card for $40.00. This is a workout area, not an observation area. No children under 13 are allowed in the Achieve Fitness area. Communication is very important and Achieve Sports makes every effort to communicate effectively with staff, parents and gymnasts. We have four key sources of communication: Website, Newsletters & Handouts, Email, and Facebook. We anticipate that at least one or more of our communication sources will work for you to stay up to date with what is going on at Achieve Gymnastics and Achieve Sports Center
Website: www.AchieveSports.com – Our website has a lot of useful information for participants and parents to access and share throughout your time with Achieve including practice times, meet schedules, events, policies and procedures, pricing, etc.
Newsletters, Handouts, Bulletin Boards and Media Signage: We produce a newsletter each Recreation Session to share current and upcoming information regarding Recreation Program activities. Important information is in the newsletters and handouts and should be read to stay abreast of what is going on. We also post the same information on the program's bulletin boards and our media signage.
Email: Email is another great communication tool and is an integral part of our communication process We try to limit the number of emails sent to you and only send out important and timely information Please read and respond as needed
Facebook: We have both a “public” page and a “closed” group. The public page is geared toward people interested in Achieve Sports as it shows basic information about our program and various sports. The closed group has more detailed information for our Recreation, League and Team Program activities. We use it as a forum for parents to ask questions, communicate for carpooling, meet information, and so much more. Achieve Sports helped establish a nonprofit 501(c)(3) which is affiliated with our for-profit business We refer to this organization as the Achieve Boosters Throughout the year, the Boosters Board provides fundraising opportunities for Achieve Sports participants. Our fundraisers benefit all Achieve participants. They are unique because our fundraisers are NOT mandatory and if you participate, the Booster organization shares a portion of the proceeds with you. For most of our fundraisers, the Boosters retains 40% and shares 60% of the fundraising dollars with you.
These funds are held in the Booster Board’s account until you are ready to use them. To use these funds, you must complete the Fundraising Transfer Request form and available fundraising funds will be transferred into your Jackrabbit (participant portal) account.
The only stipulation is that shared fundraising dollars can only be used for activities / merchandise through Achieve. If you leave our program, any funds that might be available to you are forfeited to the Achieve Sports Boosters. Fundraising activities are reconciled each quarter (October 31st, January 31st, April 30th, and July 31st).
Fundraisers that run year-round include:
