Nursing practice is autonomous, as well as collaborative care of persons suffering from different health problems. Nursing involves the treatment of people with various health disorders. Nurses utilize a range of strategies including evidence-based practice, patient-centred care, and research findings to prevent diseases, promote the health of the people and improve the quality of life for all (Kaakinen et al., 2018). The main similarity between nursing research and the evidence-based process is that they focus on improving patient safety through the delivery of high-quality services (Kaakinen et al., 2018).
