1 Stress and Burnout in the Criminal Justice System Introduction It is very common to hear people talk of life stresses. Among the working people, much of this stress comes from work itself or is work related. There are many people who are doing jobs they feel are not the right ones for them. It could be they chose wrongly or got disinterested in the job in the course of doing it. Others are in their right field but the work relations are not right. The most common source of stress for working people is pressure from bosses. This write up will discuss stress and burnout in the criminal justice system.
