LEADERSHIP POLICIES AND PROCEDURES2 Enforcement of policies and procedures. Coca-Cola has employee groups and provides resources that empower change which is vital to the organization's growth. Such groups are well connected and strong. Diverse leadership councils within the organization focus on accelerating female talents' development into roles influencing the vision of a diverse workforce (Gomez,2012). Coca-Cola advocates and supports equity among the employees and the community by rejecting all forms of discrimination and violence. It also encourages peaceful protests and community activism. As a leader, I expect employees to embrace the company's diverse culture and inclusion policies to push for a peaceful community both internally and externally. Discriminating social injustice would be my main list as I campaign for transparency of employees.
