At Accurity, we have developed a process for the 1004 that is akin to the hybrid initiative, but under existing regulations and scope of work allowances. Essentially, bifurcation but allowing the appraisal firm to control both ends of bifurcation with our own W 2 staff of Appraisers and Site Analysts. The possible challenges of the hybrid initiative between getting trained inspectors to collect field data (if or when necessary) and large numbers of appraisers accepting that inspection are hurdles our team effortlessly overcome.

As a result of our team collaboration and customer centric focus, Accurity always produces consistent reports that make it more efficient for reviewers and underwriters to complete their quality control. We are focused on a consistent, high level of quality, through development of standards and processes used across all departments and appraisers.

In select markets, our 24 Hour Service Team is able to deliver full appraisal reports back to our clients within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
