Mr. Chen has been with the Club's Terrace for 27 years. He is one of the Club's 'behind the scenes' team members responsible for maintaining the high standard in and around the Club's kitchens. Mr. Chen's daily duties include personal inspection and preparation of the Terrace's meals and tableware and as needed, interaction with the other Club's kitchens and restaurants.

Highly regarded by his colleagues for his outstanding work ethic. Congratulations Mr. Chen for this recognition.

Acc Staff Update

Chef Jimmy Chen is a highly skilled and versatile chef with expertise in a wide range of culinary styles. With over 30 years of experience in five-star hotels and large-scale restaurants, Chef Chen has honed his craft and developed a deep understanding of various cuisines.

Chef Jimmy’s specialized abilities encompass traditional Taiwanese cuisine, classical Italian cuisine, high-ranking European cuisine, authentic Swiss dishes, creative cuisine, modern molecular gastronomy, and contemporary cuisine. Chef Jimmy’s diverse culinary repertoire reflects his passion for exploring different flavors and techniques.

Sigis Chef

In his recent employment experiences, Chef Jimmy served as the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine. He spent many years at Villa 32, a contemporary cuisine restaurant, and as a consultant at Royal Petite Garden Taipei.
