Dear Members,

As we embrace the arrival of summer, I wanted to take a moment to extend my warmest wishes for safe travels and enjoyable moments with your family and friends. Whether you're embarking on exciting adventures or simply taking some well-deserved time off, I hope this summer brings you an abundance of joy and relaxation.

During your travels, I encourage you to keep an open eye for inspiration. If you come across any ideas or thoughts that you believe would benefit ACC, please don't hesitate to share them with me. Your insights and suggestions play a crucial role in shaping our Club and ensuring that we continuously meet the needs and desires of our valued Membership.

As we enter the summer months, we understand that it's also a bittersweet time as some of you will be leaving the ACC family. We hope that you depart with cherished memories of your time at the Club, and we sincerely hope to welcome you back someday.

Summer at ACC is filled with exciting events and activities for those of you staying in town. We have prepared an enticing lineup of experiences for your enjoyment. Our annual 4th of July Party is back this year as a vibrant pool party, promising an unforgettable celebration complete with delightful food, lively entertainment.

For our younger members, we are delighted to offer the popular Kids Summer Camp and Fun Pool Days, where they can indulge in entertaining activities and create lasting memories. And of course, our summer barbecues, held every two weeks on Sigis Deck, provide the perfect opportunity to savor mouthwatering food while relishing the warm weather and the company of your family and fellow members.

The summer months also grant us a valuable opportunity to reflect on the first half of the year. We will be taking the time to review our progress and identify areas where we can further enhance your experience at the Club. Our recently joined Chefs, Chef Jimmy in Sigis, and Chef Paper in the Pastry, have settled in and are eager to introduce new ideas and concepts upon your return.

At ACC, we are dedicated to continuously enhancing your experience. In addition to planning exciting activities, as mentioned by the President, Management will be working closely with the Planning Committee over the summer to implement our Capital Expenditure (Capex) projects in the second half of the year. These initiatives include improvements to the Terrace salad bar and cake area, enhancements to the private rooms in Sigis, new furniture in Rendezvous, the much-awaited refurbishment of the California and San Francisco Rooms, and other behind-the-scenes enhancements such as structural and waterproofing improvements for the sports areas, as well as the second phase of implementing the Athena Software System.

Stay tuned for more updates on these exciting projects. Our Capex plans are designed with a 3-5 year rolling cycle, ensuring a consistent and forward-looking approach to improving our Club and enhancing your experience.

This highlights the vital connection between the goals set by the Club Committee and the management's direction. It is crucial that we work together in pursuit of these objectives to maintain the excellence that defines the Club.

Membership is the lifeblood of ACC, and we greatly appreciate your continued support. As some of your friends may depart, you may also be making new acquaintances. I kindly encourage you to refer them to the Club, so they too can experience the outstanding offerings and sense of community we provide. By expanding our membership base, we strengthen the bonds that make ACC a remarkable place to be.

Looking back at the first six months of this year, we have achieved significant milestones despite the ongoing challenges posed by the pandemic. As we embark on the second half of the year, I am confident that we will continue to thrive and create memorable experiences for you. Your enthusiasm and commitment are vital to the Club's success, and I am grateful for your ongoing support.

On behalf of the entire management team, I wish you a fantastic summer filled with relaxation, adventure, and cherished moments with your loved ones. We eagerly await your return, and I assure you that we will be ready to provide you with an exceptional and exciting experience at ACC.
