Introducing our new racquet rental service, designed to provide Tennis and Squash players of all levels with an easy and affordable way to rent top-quality tennis racquets for their next game.
Our collection of racquets is extensive, with options available for different models, weights, and our knowledgeable staff is on hand to help you choose the perfect racquet for your playing style.
Rental Fee: NT$200 per racquet , per session.

Meet our new Trainer
Thomas Hannam, a Yoga teacher and an NCCA certified personal trainer. Thomas can do private or small group classes that include a mix of Yoga, Calisthenics, and weight training.

Monday
Antoine - Boxing
Start your day and your week with a punch. Boxing pad work, partners drills, along with body work training, all while learning boxing skills that hopefully you won‘t be needing one day!
Vincent - Core strength
Floor work that focuses on core integration and improving joints range of movement. A variety of functional exercises are introduced leading to higher efficiency in everyday performances.
Tuesday Emily - Spin
Need a wake-up morning call? Join the high energy, music jamming, heart pumping SPIN CLASS with Emily. It’s a low-impact, high-intensity interval workout designed to build cardio endurance, total body strength and arm toning with light weights.
Wednesday Ivan - Body work
No need for any equipment, just use your body to elevate your strength and fitness. Increase your mobility, coordination, balance, and cardio capacity while doing various movements that combine gymnastic, parkour, and martial arts. Moves that can help lift the quality of life.

Nina - Yoga Flow
The best way to start your day is with a morning yoga flow to boost up your stamina. A flow type of practice that improves your concentration, and leaves you refreshed for the whole day.
Starting with deep cycle abdominal breathing and finishing with a few reverse yoga poses to end the session. Come and let’s practice together!
Thursday
Jayden - Power Combat
Power Combat is a high-energy martial artsinspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave your inhibitions at the door.
Jayden - The Power
The power is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that's specifically designed to help you get lean, toned, and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music, and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.
Friday
Billy - Mobility Workout
Mobility exercises improve our joint functions and flexibility, reduce the risk of injuries, and help us move better. A workout that includes all your joints, from head to toe.
Bikini Boot Camp to get you ready for that Summer Outfit.

Hydro Fit, where you work against water resistance without worrying about putting pressure on your joints. (Thursday 10:00-10:50am)
