Reservations Team

Our coordinators are available six days a week to assist with all of your accommodation booking requirements or alternatively you can make reservations at club property online on your secure members’ website. All booking windows open at midnight AEST. You can check availability, ask about a location, check your Première Points balance or make a reservation through the Reservations Team. Don’t forget, you can use your Première Points at club properties, or utilise Bonus Time cash deals at club properties.

Billings

Our Billings team are happy to assist with any questions you have regarding your annual Club Fee and organising a direct debit payment plan.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are a fantastic way to allow friends and family to enjoy some of the holiday experiences you do. Simply use your Première Points to obtain a certificate, and you can choose the destination or leave the choice up to your friends or family. To obtain a Gift Certificate contact your Reservations Team.

Hotels Select

Our point of difference, the Hotels Select program is a Personal Benefit which gives Première Plus Members access to use their Première Points to make reservations at a select group of Accor Hotels, beyond the current Accor Vacation Club portfolio across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Accor Vacation Club Travel

The Accor Vacation Club Travel program is a travel program that allows Members to convert their Première Points into Discovery Dollars as part payment to travel the world – cruising the South Pacific, exploring the cobbled streets of Europe, relaxing with a cocktail in hand or using their Discover Dollars towards their own dream holiday or lifestyle products.

Première Flex

Première Flex allows Première Plus Members the opportunity to convert their Première Points to Première Flex points, which provide an extra 12 months from the points’ original expiry. These points can then be used to make a seven-night reservation at select Accor Group hotels, outside the current 24 Accor Vacation Club properties portfolio, throughout Thailand, Malaysia, Fiji, Philippines and Vietnam (subject to change).

Interval International

Accor Vacation Club’s affiliation with Interval International gives Members access to thousands of hotels and resorts in 90 countries and territories around the world.

For the period of their membership with Interval International, Accor Vacation Club Members have access to this range of accommodation using Première Points, a cleaning fee and an exchange fee.

Ongoing membership in Interval International is optional, with annual membership fees applying following the 12-month complimentary period provided to Première Plus Members.

How to Book your Interval International Holiday

Step One Browse Interval International’s current collection of properties in their resort directory or online at intervalworld.com. To achieve optimal availability be flexible and book well in advance of your desired check-in date, select a minimum of three different resorts and one travel date, or one resort and three travel dates.

Note: Reservation requests for sevem night stays may be placed up to 24 months in advance of travel.

Step Two Decide on the size of the apartment you require. Refer to the Interval International points chart to determine the amount of Première Points required for your stay. The amount of points required will vary depending on the time of year (which is identified in the Travel Demand Index), size of apartment and destination.

Step Three Ensure you have your Interval member number and your credit card details (for the exchange fee) when you call:

Step Four If your holiday choice is available when you call it will be confirmed immediately. If your holiday choice is unavailable your request will be ‘wait listed’. There is a fee for this, which is fully refundable if no matches become available. The search for your request continues on a daily basis, and if an exact match does not become available you will be offered alternative destinations and/ or travel dates. The key to securing Interval International accommodation is flexibility with your travel dates and desired destinations.

Ensure you have your Interval International membership card and confirmation letter when you check-in.

Exchange Fee: The current exchange fees are AU$149/ NZ$159 for a domestic exchange, AU$219/NZ$224 for an international exchange and if required, an additional $59 for a guest certificate (exchange fee currency based on country of residence). If you are paying by credit card, some cards other than Visa or MasterCard charge an additional fee ranging from $2.50 to $15.

Cancellation Information: If you cancel your exchange, the following applies:

• 60 days+ prior to check-in: Exchange fee is forfeited. Interval replacement certificate provided with equivalent value of the week cancelled. Certificate is valid for 12 months from date of cancellation. An exchange fee is required upon redemption of the certificate.

• 14 to 59 days prior to check-in: Exchange fee is forfeited. Interval replacement certificate provided for a Flexchange week. Certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. An exchange fee is required upon redemption of the certificate.

• 7 to 13 days prior to check-in: Exchange fee is forfeited. Interval replacement certificate provided but limited to 30-day viewing in advance of travel date. Certificate is valid for 12

months from date of cancellation. An exchange fee is required upon redemption of the certificate.

• 6 days and less prior to check-in: Exchange fee is forfeited. No replacement certificate is provided.

Note that the above applies to Exchanges only. All Getaway confirmations are final and are non-refundable.

Reservation Prioritisation

All reservation requests are prioritised in the order of receipt.

Première Points

Première Points are the ‘currency’ which Accor Vacation Club Members use to secure accommodation to holiday at Club Properties and through Interval International.

Number of Première Points Issued

The number of points you are issued with relates to your Membership Level:

The Club

Your Première Points allocation lasts more than a year, allowing you to ‘save’ your points into the next year. Bronze, Silver, and Gold Members have 24 months from their Anniversary Date to use their Première Points, while Platinum, Traveller and Diamond Members have 27 months.

Your Première Points Anniversary Date

Each year on the Anniversary Date of your Membership for the life of your Membership, the Club will credit you with your Entitlement of Annual Première Points.

Your Anniversary Date is the first day of the month following the actual month that full payment is received for your Membership, and can be found on your Membership Certificate and Card.

The Club

Borrowing Première Points

If you don’t have enough points for your desired holiday accommodation, you can Borrow Première Points from your next Membership Year to make up the difference.

e.g. A Silver Member with 3,000 points in their 2021 account, requires 4,000 points for their desired 2021holiday. They can Borrow 1,000 points from their 2022 points allocation to cover the difference.

All you need to do is make sure your annual Club Fees for your current Membership Year, and the estimated annual Club Fee for the following Membership Year, are paid in full in order to Borrow Première Points.

Extending Your Première Points

If you are unable to use your Première Points before they expire, you can save them for up to an additional two years by depositing them into Interval International for the period of your membership with Interval. Deposited Première Points can only be used for Interval International exchanges. You can:

• deposit any amount of Première Points at any time

- there is no minimum deposit (this allows you to draw down on the point value for a booking when your exchange is confirmed);

• combine separate deposits to form the one exchange;

• use leftover points towards another holiday

Once your exchange is confirmed the cleaning fee relevant to your booking will be payable.

Remember, deposited points expire 2 years from the date of deposit. You need to book and travel by the expiry date to use deposited points.

To deposit your Première Points into Interval International please call Member Services.

Upgrading Première Points

Alternatively, if you find that your holidaying needs have changed and you require longer or more frequent holidays than your points currently allow, you have the option to upgrade to a higher level of Membership.

Bronze, Silver and Gold Members must purchase sufficient additional points to Upgrade to the next level of Membership, while Platinum, Traveller and Diamond Members may purchase in increments of 1,000 points.

Pooling Première Points

Pooling allows you to take holidays with family and friends who are also Members. By Pooling Première Points you can combine your entitlements to book accommodation at the same time, allowing for more spacious accommodation and/ or longer vacations.

Your Club Property

To secure accommodation at Club Property, simply redeem Première Points from your account. The number of Première Points needed will depend upon the location of the property, the season, and the size of the apartment you require.

How To Book Your Club Property Holiday Over The Phone.

Step One Browse through this booklet, or view properties online at www.accorvacationclub.com.au

Step Two Decide on the size of the apartment you require, whether studio, one, two or three bedroom. Remember that different size apartments have different allowances for the total number of guests permitted to stay.

Step Three Choose the dates you would like to take your holiday. Optimise your chances of availability by using your Booking Windows, being flexible and allowing for alternative dates should your first choice be unavailable.

Step Four To determine how many Première Points you require, refer to the Points Chart and Seasonal Calendar on pages 102-103, or log on to the Member website and use your handy automatic Points Calculator.

Step Five When you are ready to book, ensure you have your Accor Vacation Club Membership number handy, then contact Member Services to place your request (press option 1 for reservations when calling).

All reservations are subject to availability.

You will receive a response to your request within 48 hours. When your booking has been confirmed, the Reservations department or online reservations website portal will send you a letter/email of confirmation, and the relevant number of Première Points will be deducted from your Membership Account.

Remember to take your confirmation letter/email and Membership Card with you for check-in.

Booking Windows

Booking Windows assist in optimising the reservation process allowing longer stay holidays to be booked earlier than short stays, and to balance the availability of weekend stays with weekday stays.

• 1 Week or More Reservations (7 or more consecutive nights) Platinum, Traveller and Diamond Members can book 12 months or less prior to their Check-in Date; Gold Members 11 months or less prior to their Check-in Date; and Bronze and Silver Members 10 months or less prior to their Check-in Date.

• 2 to 6 Night Reservations Book 6 months or less before your desired Check-in Date. Bookings that include a Friday and/or Saturday night must be part of a minimum 4 night consecutive stay. Friday and Saturday nights can only be taken as part of a minimum 2 night stay if booked 45 days or less before the Check-in Date.

• Single Night Reservations Book 30 days or less prior to Check-in Date.

• Gap Booking Window Once the 7 night reservation booking windows for all levels of membership have opened, reservations shorter than 7 nights can be made when there is no availablity either side of the shorter duration block*.

Bonus Time Accommodation

Bonus Time Accommodation is unused or cancelled accommodation available from time to time in Club Properties that enables Members to enjoy extra holiday time at a discounted dollar rate, without using Première Points.

Bonus Time is charged at AU 20 cents per point / NZ 22 cents per point (inc. GST), however, minimum charges apply (in currency of destination):

These Conditions apply to Bonus Time usage:

• Members must pay by credit card at the time of booking, and bookings cannot be altered or refunded.

• Bonus Time is limited to a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 4 nights.

• One Bonus Time reservation per Membership may be held at a time.

• Members may book one apartment per reservation unless it is deemed that the family requires 2 apartments to be accommodated.

• Bonus Time may be reserved 14 days or less prior to check-in.

• If a Member is booking Bonus Time for a guest, the reservation can be made 5 days or less prior to check-in.

Cancellations and Amendments

Cancellation and/or amendments will incur a fee and/ or a deduction of Première Points, depending when your reservation is cancelled:

• All cancellations will incur a $55 fee.

• Cancel 0 to 7 days prior to check-in / 100% loss of points and $55 fee.

• Cancel 8 to 90 days prior to check-in / 50% loss of points and $55 fee.

• Cancel 91+ days prior to check-in / No Points loss but a $55 fee.

Cleaning Fees

As part of your Membership you are allocated cleaning entitlements each year. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Members have a yearly entitlement of two cleans; Traveller Members have four and Diamond Members receive eight. Your entitlement covers one standard clean for each accommodation use (up to a maximum of 7 nights) during your allocation period for Club Property and Interval International exchanges. Remember though, cleans expire when points expire.

Additional weekly cleans are available at the following prices: Studio $120, One Bedroom $175, Two Bedroom $230, and Three Bedroom $270 (all prices in currency of destination). If you require daily cleans please contact the resort or hotel reception for pricing details.

Annual Club Fee

A Club Fee is payable annually towards maintenance of the Club to ensure the quality of Club Property is maintained. For example, ongoing operating expenses, such as management fees, landscaping costs, cleaning costs, refurbishment costs and general administrative expenses are required to ensure Members continue to enjoy quality facilities each and every year.

All Club Fees must be paid in order for you to use your Membership. If you are borrowing points from the year ahead, you will be charged an estimated annual Club Fee for the following year.

RECENT STAY AT THE SEBEL BOWRAL HERITAGE PARK

Hi there,

I just logged onto the website and wanted to leave some positive feedback on our recent stay at the Sebel Bowral Heritage Park however I can’t find where to leave the feedback.

I called Reception a few days before to say we would be late arrivals and they made arrangements for me to pick up a key from the locked safe. This process worked very well. The apartment was clean, had been recently refurbished and was very welcoming with everything that one could need easy to hand.

The receptionist the next morning was also pleasant and helpful. Also on checkout I had a friend who lives in the area coming to meet me for lunch and I wanted to show her the apartment. The Manager couldn’t have been more helpful in allowing me more time to have a coffee with her in the unit and show her around.

I just thought that often people complain and don’t take the time to praise so wanted to pass on the above. The location is beautiful and I can recommend both the apartments and area to other members to enjoy.

EVERYTHING ABOUT MANLY WAS PERFECT

I just wanted to make contact and thank you for the booking you made on my behalf for which I used on Saturday night at The Sebel.

Can I say? What a stunning room it was, and how I found it difficult to leave its opulence yesterday morning.

Everything about it was perfect, and I can understand why this establishment has won consecutive awards.

The presentation of the apartment when I opened the twin doors to enter was amazing.

I made a point of letting reception know my thoughts on departure yesterday, so I hope the relevant people get the feedback.

Sometimes we forget to acknowledge what a great job some people do in their everyday work; i.e. the cleaning staff. (it was spotless).

So again, my thanks Lucy for setting me up in such a gorgeous environment and allowing me a better than expected experience.

When we first joined Accor we took holidays in High season costing around 4000 points; now we travel in the Value season costing 1800 points, but by attending the member services workshop on a regular basis, we now have a better understanding of what the club offers, and to get to most benefit out of our club. The workshop also informs us of new properties and explains what features they have and also explained the hard and soft refurbishments they are doing at any one time. It was also interesting to learn of the product disclosure statement which tells you of the latest additions to property room allocations.

Thank you for your recent assistance.

I have been a club member for some 15 years and have travelled and stayed in great properties in Australia and overseas. I have utilized various Western Australian, Victorian and Queensland properties, Alpineland in Austria (the one withut the Kangaroos) and more recently on trip with my sons in Kilkenny Ireland.

In the last two years I have been very busy with work and I have not had a holiday. It was so good to get back into the swing of things with an update from you. I am much more aware of the offerings now available.
