Accor Vacation Club’s affiliation with Interval International gives Members access to nearly 2,900 additional hotels and resorts in 80 nations around the world.

For the period of their membership with Interval International, Accor Vacation Club Members have access to this range of accommodation using Première Points, a cleaning fee and an exchange fee.

Ongoing membership in Interval International is optional, with annual membership fees applying following the 12 month complimentary period provided to Première Plus Members.

To achieve optimal availability be flexible and book well in advance of your desired checkin date, select a minimum of three different resorts and one travel date, or one resort and three travel dates.

Première Points are the ‘currency’ which Accor Vacation Club Members use to secure accommodation to holiday at Home Club Properties and through Interval International.

Your Première Points allocation lasts more than a year, allowing you to ‘save’ your points into the next year. Bronze, Silver, and Gold Members have 24 months from their Anniversary Date to use their Première Points, while Platinum, Traveller and Corporate Members have 27 months.

Your Première Points Anniversary Date Each year on the Anniversary Date of your Membership for the life of your Membership, the Club will credit you with your Entitlement of Annual Première Points.

Your Anniversary Date is the first day of the month following the actual month that full payment is received for your Membership, and can be found on your Membership Certificate and Card.

Borrowing Première Points If you don’t have enough points for your desired holiday accommodation, you can Borrow Première Points from your next Membership Year to make up the difference. e.g. A Silver Member with 3,000 points in their 2011 account, requires 4,000 points for their desired 2011 holiday. They can Borrow 1,000 points from their 2012 points allocation to cover the difference.

All you need to do is make sure your annual Club Fees for your current Membership Year, and the estimated annual Club Fee for the following Membership Year, are paid in full in order to Borrow Première Points.

Extending Your Première Points If you are unable to use your Première Points before they expire, you can save them for up to an additional two years by depositing them into Interval International for the period of your membership with II. Deposited Première Points can only be used for Interval International exchanges. You can:

Remember, deposited points expire 2 years from the date of deposit.

Upgrading Première Points Alternatively, if you find that your holidaying needs have changed and you require longer or more frequent holidays than your points currently allow, you have the option to Upgrade to a higher level of Membership.

Bronze, Silver and Gold Members must purchase sufficient additional points to Upgrade to the next level of Membership, while Platinum, Traveller and Corporate Members may purchase in increments of 1,000 points.

Pooling Première Points Pooling allows you to take holidays with family and friends who are also Members. By Pooling Première Points you can combine your entitlements to book accommodation at the same time, allowing for more spacious accommodation and/or longer vacations.

Your Home Club Property To secure accommodation at Home Club Property, simply redeem Première Points from your account. The number of Première Points needed will depend upon the location of the property, the season, and the size of the apartment you require.

When your booking has been confirmed, the Reservations department or online reservations website portal will send you a letter/email of confirmation, and the relevant number of Première Points will be deducted from your Membership Account.

Booking Windows Booking Windows assist in optimising the reservation process allowing longer stay holidays to be booked earlier than short stays, and to balance the availability of weekend stays with weekday stays.

• 1 Week or More Reservations (7 or more consecutive nights) Platinum, Traveller and Corporate Members can book 12 months or less prior to their Check-in Date; Gold Members 11 months or less prior to their Check-in Date; and Bronze and Silver Members 10 months or less prior to their Check-in Date.

• 2 to 6 Night Reservations Book 6 months or less before your desired Check-in Date. Bookings that include a Friday and/or Saturday night must be part of a minimum 4 night consecutive stay. Friday and Saturday nights can only be taken as part of a 2 night stay if booked 45 days or less before the Check-in Date.

• Single Night Reservations Book 30 days or less prior to Checkin Date.

Your entitlement covers one standard clean for each accommodation use (up to a maximum of 7 nights) during your Membership Year for Home Club Property, Inter-Club Property and Interval International exchanges. You can also carry over unused cleaning entitlements to your next Membership Year (cleans expire when points expire).

Additional weekly cleans are available at the following prices: Studio $85, One Bedroom $130, Two Bedroom $180, and Three Bedroom $230 (all prices in currency of destination). If you require daily cleans please contact the resort or hotel reception for pricing details.

Member Testimonials Three of my sons and I have just returned home from a couple of nights at Pinnacle Valley Resort in Victoria, and I wanted to let you know how fantastic it was. As soon as we got there I was kicking myself for not booking a longer stay!

The boys were busy the whole time with mini golf, tennis, spas, saunas, swimming, biking and… the big hit, the gym. This time we didn’t go horse riding but next time we will when our fourth son joins us.

One highlight was early the first morning when I quietly snuck out onto the balcony and was delighted by the sight of five rosella’s who sat on the railings with me for ages. I couldn’t believe how lucky I was to see them up so close - it’s a memory I’ll take with me forever.

I’m really appreciative of the way the Accor Vacation Club resorts are organised, where so many of the activities are free. As a single parent (well…as a parent full stop!) expenses are definitely something I have to keep an eye on, and I love being able to go on holidays in luxurious surroundings without having to fork out for expensive food and tennis racket hire etc!

We’ll definitely be returning!

Lisa Glanville We have just returned from another fabulous holiday, this time on the Gold Coast where we stayed at Legends Hotel. Having used all our points this year it was great to be able to borrow from next year’s allocation to allow us to choose a time and location that suited us. Staying right in the heart of Surfers Paradise was great and the hotel staff were fantastic. At the airport we picked up a van from Europcar which made getting around easy when we ventured further than the beach or shops!

Wayne, Sue, Jason and Samantha My wife and I have been Members for four years and in that time we have been to St Moritz Hotel Queenstown in New Zealand, Twin Waters Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Grand Mercure Melbourne, Grand Mercure Pinnacle Valley Resort in Merrijig and Grand Mercure Forest Resort in Creswick, Victoria. We have just booked two weeks at Coral Coast Palm Cove and can’t wait to get there on our first holiday with our baby girl Tameka who will be two years old. I must say that all the staff at the hotels have been great and it’s a credit to the organisation. It was the best investment we have made and I recommend it to my friends. On 5 and 6 of September I was lucky enough to have stayed at the Grand Mercure Melbourne on Flinders Street Melbourne. I booked the accommodation on bonus time and paid a grand total of around $156.00 for two nights in a one bedroom apartment for my sister, father and myself. We had made the last minute booking to attend the filming of ‘Deal or No Deal’. We were very excited.

This was the second time I had stayed at this Grand Mercure. On arrival the wonderful front desk people booked the taxi for the following day and an early breakfast (which was unbelievable) and handed me the room card to Floor 10 - the top floor. Then when I arrived in front of the door 1009 The Chairman’s Suite, I declared to my sister and father that we must have the wrong room, having stayed here before I knew what I was going into, The Best Room in the Hotel! It was not a mistake, my family was very impressed. I want to say a BIG THANK YOU. What a fantastic club to offer you deals like this one. By the way we didn’t win anything by the journey was fantastic and a memorable one.

Maria Palamara We stayed at the Pinnacle Apartments in Melbourne for a few nights to see friends on our way to Africa. The room was great and the staff friendly and helpful. We even managed to include the Friday members ‘drinkies’ session which enabled us to meet other members and swap yarns about other resorts.

The locality was perfectly central and close to museums, galleries, shopping and transport. A car was never necessary and the nearby dining options numerous.

PS. There is a bookshop a few doors up Flinders Lane that is a ‘big boys’ treasure house!

Ian Foster Dave and I had a wonderful stay at Basildene Manor at the beginning of November. The staff go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay and are great at recommending restaurants and places to go. As we had been told, the Conservatory breakfast is superb and leaves one spoilt for choices. We took part in the murder/mystery night and had four hours of good fun with six other fellow guests. Part of the night’s attraction was the meal and beverages which all aided in a good time. The antipasto platter to start was fantastic and by far the best antipasto plate I have ever had.

While there we visited the Wardan Aboriginal Centre and spent 2 hours on a really interesting walk around the bush learning how the aborigines use plants and trees for food and medicines. The Lake Caves were fantastic and worth the 300 steps down and up again.

Can’t wait until our next experience.

We have just returned from a fabulous weekend with our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters at Grand Mercure The Vintage in the Hunter Valley. Wow, what a great resort! Once again our decision to become Accor Vacation Club Members has been justified. The 2 bedroom apartment was wonderful, great views over the golf course and our granddaughters were so excited when they spotted the kangaroos peacefully grazing just across from our apartment.
