Coming back to his Grays Harbor roots, Forest McMullen is the Grays Harbor Pilotage District’s newest trainee. With vessel calls expected to increase in the future, planning and training new pilots for this important role is a critical part of the Port’s future.

Thanks to its ready-to-go infrastructure, the Westport Marina welcomed Pacific Shellfish in 2019. Oyster companies on the Twin Harbors harvest 1 in every 4 oysters consumed nationally.

The Port was proud to partner with the FAA to complete a critical drainage project in 2019 that will serve Bowerman Airport for decades to come.
