General Purpose SESOLINC salesperson(s) main purpose is to plan and carry out all contracts/sales/service activities on all accounts in assigned areas (Posts). All sales persons are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service of delivery for ordered items. Our sales force is a direct reflection on the company and should be treated as such. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities                  

generate and qualify leads in assigned areas or posts source and develop contract/client referrals prepare sales action plans and strategies regarding products and needs develop and maintain a customer database for each assigned location-this database must be shared information with your direct sales manager for development develop and maintain sales and promotional materials requested by your direct supervisor-all materials must be reviewed and/or approved by your direct supervisor plan and conduct direct marketing activities as needed to perform your job tasks make sales calls to new and existing clients at your assigned location(s) develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients document and attain all interest in company product and possibility of future orders with the assigned posts conduct product training as needed and approved by management maintain sales activity records and evaluation information as requested by your direct supervisor respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity generated at your assigned location(s) monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management report all customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction to your supervisor-all customer inquiries and comments should be reflected upon for future business growth participate in sales events as needed by the company Each salesperson(s) is to be evaluated on their ability to obtain productive contacts and the ability to close on sales after making initial contacts.

Education and Experience   

 

Knowledge of relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of principles and practices of sales with company products-this will be trained to a certain extent Knowledge of customer service principles-the customer should be respected and treated as if they are to be “Always Correct” unless it is foreseen that it will violate corporate, state, federal, etc. mandates. Each customer is considered to be a reoccurring transaction whether or not it is the case. Knowledge of basic business principles-regarding the presentation of appearance and representation of the company; each sales person is to be a direct reflection on the company and the standards set by that company Experience in all sales facets such as business to business, business to customer, etc. Experience in making and executing sales presentations


Proven ability to achieve sales targets given by company standards

Compensation:     
