Digital Literacy (Part 1) Half day
This two part workshop kick-started the program to build a culture of “tech confidence". This first session contextualised the business' digital systems, processes and job roles.

Focus the group through a capability training program covering core processes as well as best-practice digital knowledge in essential areas.

The second session saw the development of a shared language around digital to drive productivity and encourage more thoughtful, "digital-first" decision-making.

To ensure that the bank's users remained firmly at the centre of the program, this workshop covered best-practice UX mindsets, tools and artefacts.
