Transition Days
Pupils will wear their primary school uniform on their transition days and a copy of our uniform policy can be found on our website.
On my upcoming visits to our local primary schools consent forms will be issued to classroom teachers to grant access to our internet services in school, inform us of your decisions around the use of media including your son/daughter and for you as parents/carers to access google guardian.
The first point of contact for a “day to day” query relating to your child is the Principal Teacher of Guidance. They see your child every day and they will get to know you and your child well through their time in Hermitage Academy. The House Team contacts are illustrated below. You can also contact your child’s House Teacher by emailing:
enquirieshermitageacademy@argyll-bute.gov.uk
When contacting through e-mail, please provide your child’s name and registration class and this will be directed to the appropriate member of staff who will be in contact.
If your query is urgent, then please direct it towards the Head of House and mark the email urgent.
