Two opposite charges: it is attractive which means that if there is one negative and one positive charge the electrostatic force between them is attractive Two like charges: repulsive. If you have two of the same charges such as two positive charges or two negative charges, then the attraction is repulsive.

A charge in an electric field: the direction depends on the sign of the charge.

The potential energy that is being stored in the kinetic energy is the energy in motion and if you were to put them together it would not work out due to the potential energy being a negative and and the kinetic energy would be positive.

A circuit would be considered to be closed if the electricity flows from a specific energy source all the way to the endpoint and then back to its source. An open circuit unlike the closed circuit does not have a complete path for its current to flow meaning that it is not functional. A complete circuit is just as it name says, it is an uninterrupted path for the electrons to flow to and from an energy source.

It automatically disconnects the circuit from the electrical power in an instant that there is more current that is being drawn that the design does not allow.

If lightbulb A burned out then the path is interrupted and would caused there to be no current to lightbulbs b,c, and d as A has one of its terminals connected to the source. And the same thing would occur with lightbulb D. Lightbulb B and lightbulb C would also have the same thing happen to them if they burned out, as if they burned out the current would still continue due to lightbulb being connected in a parallel just like lightbulb C.

There is a north-seeking pole/ north pole and there is another end that is called the south-seeking pole/south pole. When the two magnets are brought close together, if they are opposites then they will attract to one another but if they are similar then they will repel one another.

The newly cut faced will therefore become the new south and north poles of the smaller pieces

Permeant magnet will produce its own magnetic field, while an induced magnet is from a material that then becomes a magnet once it has been placed in a magnetic field. Electromagnetism is the interaction of electric currents/ fields and magnetic fields.

If you were to point with your pointer finger in the direction of the positive charge it is moving. Your middle finger in the direction of the magnetic fields, your thumb would be pointing in the direction of the magnetic force that is pushing on the moving charge.
