Which one of your recent accomplishments are you most proud of?

Organising a successful charity event I consider an accomplishment that I can be proud of is solving the problems that I never expected that I can do. And Also, having a chance to create meaningful and lasting relationships with my fellow co-workers.

What do you like most about this job?

Since Working in HR can sometimes be hard., Because hr are emotional care givers, and It’s the passion that still inspires me, One of the things I love about this job is that it's constantly growing and changing.

In this job I can see that, in this role, my skills could help solve this problem within the company. I also see an opportunity for me to learn and grow these skills, so we both would benefit personally, professionally, and financially.

What do you intend to accomplish in the upcoming years?

● I'll spend more time learning as much as possible and getting attached to the team I'll be working with. ● I will ask my manager for suggestions of key employees to engage with. ● I'll ask lots of questions about goals and methods. ● will focus my interactions on staff who are positive about the company and work environment. ● I will treat all staff with respect. I have found in the past that support staff, as well as management, have been very helpful as I adjusted to new positions.

Where do you feel you could improve?

“I would like to improve in every facet of my life. No matter how much I may excel at a particular skill or task, I believe I can always get better, and would like an opportunity to gain new experiences that will help me become better at anything I undertake

What is the biggest challenge you have faced in the last year?

My last year experience was growing so quickly when I joined, many departmental structures were changing—and fast! It was a great opportunity to arrange things in a way that helped support growth. I enjoyed being part of the team that worked on that project.

The ultimate challenge during my hr is understanding the corporate landscape of the future. As industries and technologies evolve, new generations enter the workforce, and globalization creates increased competition, it will be the human resource issues that make or break a company.
