Editor’s Note
Life revolves around times and seasons, with cycles that reoccur. The year 2025 marks the beginning of a new cycle, a new path to follow. The Lord has prepared the year in the same manner that a car manufacturer carefully crafts out each component and part to join with another and function perfectly. He created time, and He is all-knowing. Our future lies bare before Him. It is only wise to consult and trust his guidance through the year.
As you draw your vision board. Rest in the truth that the Lord is with you. You have yet another chance to begin again. This time, align your vision to His vision for you, and allow Him to guide you on which goal to set and which path to walk that will enable you to fulfill your purpose for living and make you praise in the earth.
Practice rendering your inner man to hear His thoughts, receive directions, and gain understanding for the year. The Lord is the fountain of wisdom, and His plans for you are only good (James 1:17). They bring about an expected end. Discipline your mind to hearken to His voice, forsaking all other voices. How, you may ask? Become a student of the Word. Channel your decisions through the mirror of His light, and only truth will emerge.
In this edition, you will read of men who held on to the promises of the Lord and judged Him faithful in His works. And yes, He can do the same for you. For He is no respecter of persons. Isn’t that great news! No matter your story, there is hope in the Lord.

2025 – The Year of Exceeding Peace and Perfection
In the closing weeks and days of 2024, the Spirit of God bore witness within my spirit that 2025 is the “Year of Exceeding Peace and Perfection”. I believed Him and I declare the same. I declare it to all who have ears to hear.
This declaration means the year 2025 has a name – Exceeding Peace and Perfection. If you are in agreement, that is how you will address your 2025. Whenever you refer to any of the 365 calendar days, 52 weeks or 12 months of 2025, you will address them by their family name – Exceeding Peace and Perfection.
What does the name Exceeding Peace and Perfection mean? To exceed, according to the Webster Dictionary of 1828, means to pass or go beyond; to proceed beyond any given or supposed limit, measure or quantity; to surpass or excel. In other words, it means to defy what has become the norm or to attain uncommon results. What limits have settled in your mind as being normal or common? Expect to defy and surpass them by divine intervention in 2025 as far as your peace and perfection are concerned.
Peace in this case, covers the full spectrum of what the Bible provides for your peacefulness. It includes peace with God; peace with yourself; peace with your neighbour and peace in your circumstances. Peace is what Jesus came to restore to man. We know that from various scriptures.
When the angel of the Lord announced news of the birth of Jesus, he declared “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.” (Luke 2:14). When preparing to minister to Cornelius, Peter identified peace as the mission and message of Jesus’ ministry: “…Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:). That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached” (Acts 10:34-37). In Isaiah 9:6, Jesus is addressed as the “the Prince of Peace”. In short, peace is the perfect will of God for you.

Whatever your answer may be, December 2025 can only be a true reflection of the choices and decisions you are making at the start, all the way through the next twelve months of the year. Great choices and decisions will culminate in great results; likewise, bad choices and decisions can only produce ugly results.
Whereas choice reveals one’s preference over another, decision projects the action or resolution taken after a choice or consideration. The two walk hand in hand; the choice made informs the decision taken in any endeavour.
Choices and decisions are like seeds. Be reminded, child of God, every seed produces after its own kind, for the resultant fruit or harvest is in agreement with the nature of the seed. Genesis 1:11 [NIV] No maize seed will produce a mango!! Every good choice and decision is anchored in the truth of God. There is no better way than this!! Jeremiah 29:11 [MSG] reads, “I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not to abandon you; plans to give you the future you hope This is the heartbeat of God for every believer, to sort and fix one up with solutions tailored to their uniqueness. God is not careless in His intentions for us. He has our best interests at heart. There's an all-time covering for His people: today,
Why not seek out God’s plan for your life? One’s choice to accept God’s plans and their decision to put them to work in their lives is what gives them ownership over the same. Anyone who recognises the plans of God as their own, makes a great choice and decision with an assurance of a beautiful end. Connecting and plugging into the wonderful plans of God grants one an opportunity to be equipped and empowered to evolve into the best version of themselves ever!
Whereas God has placed enormous good at our disposal, the power of choice and decision lies in our hands. 2025 can be the best year ever lived for as long as one’s choices and decisions are in sync with His plans for them. Wise up and go for them. Yes, you can become stronger, healthier, over flow with wisdom, more confident, bolder, fruitful, energised, enlightened, creative, full of vitality and ascend to new heights on account of your choices and decisions. Are the choices and decisions you are making NOW aligned with where you want to be by the close of the year?? Mirror them against His plans to avert self-sabotage!!

despite having multiple fractures; today she walks on her own. The other sister had been bedridden for months but now is able to get herself out of bed and perform simple tasks. All praise is unto God.
Nakawa, kigoowa | Phionah has experienced the faithfulness. For four years she wrote down a particular prayer point. She desired a promotion at work, but it seemed far off. At one point her name was placed among those that were to be promoted, and her colleagues congratulated her, but the letter never reached her desk. Nonetheless, she kept praying in faith. In May 2024, management changed, and they got a new director. By then she had been transferred to Mbale, but she received favour from the new director, who looked at her with eyes that others had never looked at her with. Phionah was in the background, but she would say to her, "You are not meant for that place!’’ The new director commended her professionalism, excellence, and work ethic. When a call was made for the position Phionah aspired to, she sent in her application, was interviewed, and excelled. Her desire was fulfilled, and she was elevated. God did perform for her. Glory to His name.

The wonder of the Christmas Bible story doesn't have to stop as we enter a new year! It can continue to bring peace and hope to our hearts even in the midst of the unknown and confusing.
Let's put ourselves in the shoes of the Jewish people in the days right before Jesus or John the Baptist were born. God had not spoken through prophets in about 400 years (period of time between the time of Malachi and the New Testament). Do you think some started wondering if God had forgotten them? ...that maybe God had forgotten to send their Messiah?
Has there ever been a time in our life when we may have begun doubting God's faithfulness; maybe we've wondered if God had forgotten us? Maybe this year seems that way. Things are not the same; they are confusing and maybe a bit uncertain. We don't know what to expect in this next year.
The good news is Christmas is a reminder that God is truly faithful; He does NOT forget His children! (Isaiah 49:15-16) He is in control and can be trusted. Let's walk into this next year with that in mind.

PRAYER OF SALVATION
Are you ready for a relationship with Jesus as your Lord and Savior? It begins with a simple prayer in faith. Here is one you can repeat out loud enough to hear yourself:
Dear God, I accept your forgiveness of my sin. I believe with my heart that you raised Jesus from the dead for my benefit, and I now declare Him to be my savior and Lord, Amen.
