MERRY CHRISTMAS! It is truly a season of joy and celebration. Christmas is a time of gratitude—a moment to pause from our daily routines and give thanks. Above all, we express our deepest gratitude to God for the gift of Jesus Christ. His coming brought us grace and truth—He brought us to a living union with Him, and this is what makes us fruitful and free.
Gratitude transforms our perspective. As we reflect on the things that truly make life meaningful, we recognize how blessed we are and how much we have to be thankful for—time, life, health, strength, opportunity, and family. When we cultivate an attitude of gratitude, the quality of our lives is enriched.
God sent His Light so that we may have life. As John 10:10 (AMP) declares, “... I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance [to the full, till it overflows].” The answers we need to fulfill God’s purpose for our lives are found in the light that flows from the life of Jesus. This light is revealed through continued communion with Him. As we meditate on His Word, it brings clarity, understanding, and direction.
This season is also a time for remembrance. Because Jesus came, there is reason to praise, sing, and rejoice for the glory of God has shone once more on the earth (Romans 3:23). We can live whole and fulfilling lives and hold fast to hope for a brighter tomorrow.

John 1:4 (Amp), " In Him was life [and the power to bestow life], and the life was the Light of men".
abundance. There are things He is continuing to perfect in you, and for you in this year of exceeding peace and perfection.
Understand that it is not the nature of God to do enough. The idea of having or doing enough is inconsistent with the limitless nature of God. When He blesses, His blessing “…maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it” (Proverbs 10:22). To be rich means to be abundantly supplied, and that’s how God thinks and acts. To sorrow or to toil, on the other hand, is to barely make it – it carries the idea of just enough to survive.
It is not the plan of God for you to start the New Year trying to make ends meet. God is generously dealing with you right now to ensure you end the year with more than enough – even after you have blessed others. David tasted this about God and said, “You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies. You honor me by anointing my head with oil. My cup overflows with blessings.” (Psalm 23:5)
Have you noticed the phrase “anointing” in Psalm 23:5 above? Did you know that Jesus came as the One anointed of God to reverse the curse and deliver you from a life of just enough? Yes, He did. That is why the angels were excited on the first Christmas night when they declared “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men” (Luke 2:14)
God’s good will toward men is one reason you can expect to end the year in overflow – both materially and spiritually. If you have received Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour, “The Lord will guarantee a blessing on everything you do and will fill your storehouses with grain. The Lord your God will bless you in the land he is giving you.” (Deuteronomy 28:8). This is so wonderful and so true in Christ Jesus – the ultimate goodness and abundance of God to you and me. If you haven’t accepted Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, don’t let the year end before you do so. Pray the prayer of salvation on page 3 of this magazine, and the phrase “Merry Christmas” will take on a whole new meaning for you before the year ends.

HEADHUNTED BY GOD ( (Part 2)
Being chosen by God confers extraordinary privileges and a singular calling within your sphere of influence. God, who fashioned you, intimately comprehends your gifts and potential. you are impeccably designed for the assignment He has ordained, as evidenced by Joseph's administrative acumen, Esther's courage, and Paul's intellectual rigor—all divinely suited for their missions. Furthermore, your spiritual placement, wherever you are, is an integral component of God's overarching plan, We know that from Acts 17:26, which states that God "marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands". John 15:16 confirms you were chosen "that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide" in your current circumstances—your occupation, family, and community. God's choice guarantees incredible future prospects and unparalleled access, for John 15:16 promises, "...whatever you ask the Father in my name, He may give it to you," ". As you align with His purposes, the boundless resources of Heaven become accessible to fulfill your divine assignment, just as Joseph rose to influence and Esther gained direct access to the king for God's redemptive plan.
With such a distinguished calling comes a clear expectation. For believers, God's paramount expectation is articulated in Isaiah 43:10-12: "You are my witnesses," declares the Lord, "and my servant whom I have chosen... You are my witnesses... that I am God."
You are chosen to serve as a living testament to His existence, power, love, and salvation. This is the very essence of your divine selection. Your life, words, and actions are meant to point unequivocally to the One who headhunted you. Joseph's life testified to God's providence. Esther's intercession witnessed God's protection. Paul's ministry exemplified Christ's transformative power.
Being "headhunted by Heaven" should inspire a profound shift in how you live. This means embracing your gifts, recognizing your talents as divine endowments for a specific purpose, and cultivating them to your utmost ability. It calls you to seek God's guidance, praying for wisdom to discern His specific plan for your career and daily existence, rather than solely relying on worldly definitions of success.
Furthermore, you are invited to find meaning in your work, understanding that God has strategically positioned you where you are, enabling you to seek intrinsic meaning by serving others, fully utilizing your gifts, and consistently glorifying God in all your endeavors— transforming your daily tasks into acts of worship. Finally, it requires you to trust in God's provision, stepping forth in faith to pursue His calling, confident that He will equip you, provide for your needs, and open doors that no one can shut.
Therefore, embrace the singular honor of being headhunted by Heaven, commit to fulfilling your divine purpose, and allow your life to serve as a compelling testament to the God who chose you. Even your most seemingly modest endeavors possess profound and eternal significance. You are uniquely positioned to declare God's magnificent works, serving as an indispensable component of His overarching plan, precisely chosen for this specific time and place.

Testimonies
Muzaana, Kabalagala| Rebbecca woke up one morning and as her feet hit the floor; sharp pains began to run up her right leg from the foot. She described the pain as feeling like stepping on needles. She persisted through the pain, assuming it was due to overworking while on her feet the previous weeks. However, the resting didn’t shake off the pain. This prompted her to go to the hospital. The doctor discovered she had a nerve issue in her foot and prescribed medication. Rebecca took the drugs, but the pain dragged on. She began to live with it daily. One day while in corporate prayer in a small group meeting at church, a minister prayed with her and declared healing to her foot. She believed God would free her of this pain. A few weeks later, while going about her business, she noticed her leg had no pain anymore; since then, she has lived pain-free. Glory to God!
Ndejje, Makindye Ssabagabo| Martin was chosen to spearhead a family project in May 2025. He was excited and embarked on it with a lot of zeal. While exercising leadership, he faced numerous challenges and conflicts with the committee he was working with. As he was conducting a meeting, he collapsed and was rushed to hospital. Martin suffered a stroke, which left the whole of his right side paralysed. Given his condition, he was referred to another hospital and asked to undergo an MRI test. Martin was diagnosed with a condition affecting his brain. His blood pressure also spiked. He was straightaway admitted and monitored round the clock. Martin was soon discharged and asked to do weekly reviews. However, he continued to experience severe headaches. He opted to go to a different hospital, and in August he was started on a new treatment regime for his brain. He gradually regained consciousness in the right side of his body. Today Martin can walk, talk, and function normally. His brain is back in its right state. He is grateful to God for his church family that stood tirelessly in prayer with him and to God Almighty for his life.

WHITE
"Come now, and let us reason together," Says the LORD, "Though your sins are as scarlet, They will be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They will be like wool." (Isaiah 1:18)
When you think of something "white", what are the first thoughts that pop into your mind? Some of mine were clouds, clean, pure, and a wedding gown.
You may not have thought of white being a Christmas color or for that matter a color at all. What would a candy cane be without "white"? How would we have snow on our gingerbread houses without "white"? The sheep, the snowflakes...so much of Christmas is colored "white"!
White occurs when all the colours of the spectrum of light are reflected off of an object. I love the idea that white is a product of light being reflected. There is such a deeper spiritual truth here!
Our verse today speaks of our sins being cleansed to be white as snow or wool.
Put all of this together - Jesus is the Light. When He is our Savior and Lord, He cleanses us from sin; we become reflections of Him. From then on God only sees us as clean, as pure, as white as snow...as Christ.
We become a part of His Bride clothed in "linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints." (revelation 19:8) What a beautiful spiritual truth built right into the fabric of nature!
Today as you look around and see things that are "white," let it remind you that Jesus has paid the price for our sin...paid in full! There is hope for forgiveness making it possible to have a relationship with God!
Some stains seem impossible to remove...But with God all things are possible! (Mark 10:26-27) Nothing you nor I have done is so sordid and dirty that God cannot cleanse if we but turn back to Him and ask"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9)
This Christmas and on into this new year, may "white" remind us of the hope found in Jesus Christ!
