The West Houston Helping Hands chapter of National Charity League, Inc. (NCL) hosted their senior presentation at Lakeside Country Club honoring the NCL Class of 2016. Honorees included Addie Johnson, Parker Udstuen, Kate Kopatic, Caroline Harger, Kate Thomas, Jennifer Brann, Ann Mustacchia, Paige Barber, Lara Hurst, Renee Rapier, Alyssa Plant, Dana Denney, Elizabeth Brann, Olivia Brady, Claire Koenig, Maddie Schleinschok, Natalie Raley, Sarah Blackshear, Lizzy Jones, Rebecca Tarver, Kendall Quackenbush, Emily Daniel, Annie Hodges, Carsen Durham, Jessie Bernstein, Madeline Capshaw, Rebecca Biestek, Marie Nantz, McKenzie Cizik, Georgia Ginn, Sarah Calhoun, Mariana Davis and Jacklyn Swanson.
Memorial Drive Elementary moms Jade Shine, Kitty Oldham, Leisha Mamera, Susan Fargason, Shanon Kroger, Amy Lee, Jill Sherman, Laura Whiteley and Michelle Hoogendam hosted the Dads All In Poker Tournament.
Fifth grade volleyball teammates Evelyn Carney, Macy Gregory, Elizabeth Keeling, Madison Moehlman, Kate Stuyck, Claire Childress, Ainsley Mayo, Katie Van Arsdel, Leigha Hall, Riley McCloskey and Mary Margaret Beck are in their second undefeated team!
The eighth grade boys and girls basketball players took on the Memorial Middle School faculty in a fundraising event for the eighth grade dance. Having tons of fun were Katherine Latiolais, Peyton Mitchell, Nikki Altmann, Caroline Shea-han, Leigh Robinson, Emme Patterson, Caroline Prewett, Kaitlyn Blan, Reece Weir, Sarah Flynn, Ayano Tanaka, Brooke Moore, Cameron Queal, Haley McCloskey, Elizabeth Dunn, Bea Jeon, Maddi Sangi, Katie Wilson, Jackie Davis, Grace Valerius, Kelsey Hranicky, Allison Fuller, Caroline Harper, Elise Bounds, Lilli White, Meredith Clark and Kimberley Moore. Texas A&M University student and active Pi Beta Phi member Madison Raley was thrilled when her grandmother Julie Hodges Phillips and mother Julie Hodges Raley visited her for the day!
Memorial Middle School’s Odyssey of the Mind team members Alex Zhang, Andrew Boyce, Maxim Hamilton, Eric Fan, Despina Quintana and Valentina Quintana participated in a regional tournament.
