本次「藝術中的異議—臺泰藝術交流論壇」聚焦於泰國藝術領域在國家政治

處境。這些藝術領域中的「異議」，甚至是未經制度所許可的，始終是潛在 表 達 的 平 臺 與 媒 介 空 間 的 方 法 ， 並 展 現 了 諸 眾 （ Multitude） 的 創 造 性 力 量 。

論壇將分別從泰國替代空間、影像、諸眾與小劇場四個充滿異議的面向開展 請 了 泰 國 藝 術 空 間 Tentacles 的 負 責 人 Henry Tan、影 評 人 謝 以 萱 、策 展 人 Soifa

四 位 講 者 的 分 享 ，將 以 主 題 性 的 方 式 切 入 這 些 藝 術 中 的 異 議 如 何 被 表 達 ，同

並交流分享臺灣經驗，勾勒出臺泰兩地相互關照以及後續進一步深入合作的

2013 - Peerapol performed in the performance named “Transaction” at Democrazy Theatre Studio, Bangkok, which is an interactive performance. The issue is about the behavior of expenditure and questioning about tax paying in Thailand.

2020- Peerapol produced the performance named “Fool Flu” for B-Floor theatre company. The performance be compared as a memo about Thai political history in 2010. Moreover, this conflict still effected Thai society until the present.

Chia-Nuan Chen born in 1991, she has long been a curatorial execution, researcher, independent curator, and artist. She is currently studying at the Graduate Institute of Transdisciplinary Arts, Taipei National University of the Arts. Her artworks and research focus on the construction of historical memories and emotions in the lives of common people, and their interaction with the environment and society. In the meantime, she‘s also interested in the relationships shared between gallery, art festivals, and art museums. She has curated such exhibitions as Dare you do this? FFFF it!, at Ganshang International Contemporary Art Exchange, in Kaohsiung 2019, and was nominated for the Taishin Art Prize. And she has co-curated Words • Era—Gallery Industry Trilogy, at DaGuan Gallery in 2017.

Yi-min Huang was born in 1976 and graduated from the Graduate Institute of Plastic Arts, Tainan National University of The Arts. He works on canvas or plastic inflatable material as the media and reflects the bustling and rapid pace of life with installation, metaphorically suggesting the contemporary social phenomenon which attaches to the great importance of appearance and crashes achievement. His works obtain the traits in surrealistic works such as collage, unreasonableness, and absurdity.

事 和 常 務 理 事。 在 貢 獻 文 化 政 策 所 長 之 外， 吳 介 祥 也 經 常 撰 寫 藝 術 展 演 的 評 論， 發 表 在 不 同 的 期 刊 或 平 臺 上。

Dr. Chieh-Hsiang Wu is Associate Professor of Department of Arts in the National Changhua University of Education. She earned her master and doctorate degrees of sociology and art history in Carl von Ossietzky Oldenburg, Germany. In 2013 and 2014, Dr. WU chaired Taiwan’s Association of the Visual Arts, a nationwide association for the rights and benefits of visual artists. Since 2015, Dr. WU is the board member and executive director of the Taiwan Association of Cultural Policy Studies. In addition to her devotion to cultural policy, Dr. WU is an accredited essayist and art critic; her articles are published in various periodicals and platforms. Her recent research focuses on the culture of memory and art projects reflecting the unjust incidents in the past, as well as the interrelations between the state power and exhibiting institutions.

Sheng-Hung Wang 一九八〇年生於臺灣臺北。曾任台新藝術獎 提名觀察人（2017-18）。 主要研究興趣包括當代錄像、行為表演及身 體性創作；關注當代加速度政治下的生命政 治課題，聚焦於科層機器對身體行動和耗費 模式之影響，並且在此基礎之上，持續反思 在地藝術理論的生產與擴延。相信藝評人在 當代不變的角色，是作為藝術家的長期陪伴 者與對話者，以及作為一位梳理在地藝術論 述的掘土者。同時也深信，臺灣當代藝術可 以從自己的展演成果裡，發展出具有獨到觀 點、可與各國藝術世界分享的藝術理論，而 藝評寫作可以為此事作出貢獻。

Sheng-Hung Wang is an art critic and lecturer at Taipei National University of the Arts in the Department of Fine Arts. For many years he has played an important role in the Taiwan art scene as a writer and critic. His main interests are contemporary Taiwanese conceptual art practice, performance art, contemporary painting, and is gradually expanding to the topics of biennales, anti-war movements, anti-war films, contemporary photography, performance art installations, and others. His article can be found in such art journals as Artouch, Artist Magazine,Artitude, ACT, Contemporary Art and in numerous museum catalogs and publications.

Szu-Ni Wen is a theatre director living in Kaohsiung, graduated from Puppetry Art at HfS Ernst Busch Berlin. In 2015, she founded C-turtle Tactic. She focuses on the interactions between urban development and people, memories, imaginations, and identifications of places, mixes various forms such as object theatre, performance, installation, audio tour, and game, performed in alternative space or in communities. She was casting and executive director for Rimini Protokoll's ‘100% Kaohsiung’, and translated "Experts of the Everyday".
