前期概念發想

Preconceptual imagination

玻璃製作的過程是一樣浪漫程序,需要在短暫時間中確認成型的樣貌,經由生活、使用,在最後一瞬間的破碎。

此產品在介面的正反,水面的動與靜間以玻璃為載體,轉譯光及時間、水與透明的可塑性,就像體現了時間最具象的 存在般,每秒指針將會輕劃水面引發小小的漣漪,如同正在被觸發的每個循環事件,也在一整圈的時間裡,從水面各 視角,發現日常獨特而美好的差異。

我們期望讓100%可循環利用的玻璃進入生活,如所有循環及日常,終歸於零,由零而生。

The process of making glass is also a romantic process that requires to confirm the shape in a short time, through life, usage, and breaking at the last moment. The variety of this product carries the light and time, water and the transparency of plasticity which makes us can see and touch the time. The pointer will splash the water and cause small ripples per second, like every recurring event which is being triggered. In a whole circle of time, we can find the uniqueness and beautifulness in our daily lives from every perspective of water. We expect 100% recyclable glass to our daily lives, as a saying goes it ends to zero and be born to zero.

研究摘要 RESEARCH ABSTRACT

再生玻璃的製程相當費力,從分類、清洗熔製中找出循環的價值。我們找出與玻璃特性相符

的媒介,展現玻璃循環的意義,並帶入日常,與人產生連結。比對透明材質中壓克力展現了 其易加工的優勢,但卻無法像玻璃般再生製成。在分析透明與玻璃的連結中發現光、水和時

間都是型態不定的介質,在自然界中似虛卻實的存在著,希望藉由透明中不同光影的呈現, 如漣漪擴散、水滴落下等方式創造特殊氛圍,並刪去時鐘刻度和滴答聲音帶來的壓力素因。

The process of recycling glass is quite complex. We try to find materials which similar with glass's characteristics, showing its value of glass in circulation, and bring it into our daily lives. Compared with transparent materials, acrylic shows the advantages of easy processing, but it cannot be recycled like glass. In addition, we find that light, water and time are all changeable media in the relationship between transparency and glass. They exist in various forms in nature. It is hoped that this product will be presented in a way that can produce light and shadow changes, such as ripples spreading and water droplets falling, etc. Finally, we removed the scale and tick tock to prevent people feeling stressed.

玻璃製品在造型與模組化上的限制,找出與玻璃呼應的再生意涵與表現形式,實 驗水與光線間的呈現效果。

Solving the limitations of shape and modularity in the glass product, finding out the meaning and expression of circular glass, and experiment the different effect between water and light.

團體中之負責部分:產品概念共同發想、建模調整、 部分視覺文宣編排、部分渲染調色、合成

人們在每個美好的片刻,將事物變為可能,如時間似玻璃透明卻真實存在,如 所有循環看似微小卻滲透生活。以海廢玻璃行動計畫,讓滯留在海邊無法進入 循環的玻璃閃爍永續的光。當時跟分交疊時會產生海浪在沖刷到岸上時的交錯 視覺感受,想傳達對於時間的想像,每一刻都在變化,在玻璃的虛與實間轉換, 表面暈染的玻璃色彩在每時每分都有不同的變化,光影、時間和玻璃剔透的美 好成一系,交織成一份歲月洪流帶不去的美好體驗。

靜靜凝視這一隙光之小宇宙。交疊出無邊無際的美好,為孩子們帶來聯翩不斷 的想像,為大人們帶來返璞歸真的療癒。

People make things possible at every good moment, as time is glassy transparent but real, as all cycles seem tiny but permeate life.With the Sea Waste Glass Action Plan, the glass stuck on the beach can't enter the cycle of glinting eternal light.

Design Concept

閱讀如同起點,可以走進全世界的奇妙知識中。因為疫情, 好一段時間都只能待在家裡,每當午後,陽光灑落臥房中, 我便想重回閱讀的世界,這也是伴我走過這段時期最大的 樂趣。於是我以「重返」為題設計了這張座椅,每日要閱 讀的書籍能置放在座椅下方,造型連貫並穿越本體回到地 面,就像閱讀讓我重回外面的世界一般。

2.骨架:使用鋁製管材加強結構並結合輕巧性。

台灣多元地景孕育了許多稀世珍貴的瀕危蝴蝶種(包括寬尾鳳蝶、大紫蛺 蝶、珠光鳳蝶等),採集蝴蝶成蛹,羽化成碟的動人故事將台灣本島的物 種特色帶入居家環境,為休息、思考和社交的室內,甚至是大廳空間帶來 屬於本島的認同與歸屬;使用壓克力通透及水晶般的彎曲反射效果,結合 全亮金屬配件體現群蝶如光點般的輕巧姿態及翅膀上特殊的磷光反射性,

也可依照不同空間尺度、情境提供多樣的錯落構成,為多種空間提供一份 自然與精神意境。

The diverse landscapes of Taiwan nurture many rare and endangered butterfly species, including the Swallowtail Butterfly, Purple Crow, and Formosan Blue Butterfly. By collecting butterflies and showcasing their transformation from pupa to winged beauty, these captivating stories bring the unique characteristics of Taiwan's species into indoor environments. This installation adds a sense of identity and belonging to home, rest, contemplation, and social spaces, even in larger lobby areas. The use of transparent acrylic and crystal-like curved reflective effects, combined with bright metallic accessories, embodies the delicate postures and the special phosphorescent reflection on the wings of the butterflies. The composition can be varied according to different spatial scales and situations, providing a natural and spiritual ambiance for vari ous spaces.

使用模組式的兩種造型,透過卡榫結構彼此扣接達到靈活的運送與組裝效果,運用壓

克力透光與漫射的特性,讓室內光源巧妙的從一側即可蔓延至整片屏風,色彩上也能 適應空間與節慶特色更換與搭配,為居家或辦公空間增添層次與趣味。

Utilizing two modular designs, the pieces achieve flexible transportation and assembly through a dovetail structure. Employing the light-transmitting and diffusing properties of acrylic, the indoor light source cleverly spreads from one side to the entire screen. The color scheme can adapt to changes in space and festive themes, adding layers and interest to home or office spaces.

Countless roof tiles cover the space above us. With this in mind, I attempt to bring them vertically into the indoor environment, creating a connection b etween you and me.

我們的目標族群被定義為須符合孩童喜好與使用,因此我們透 過分析近年來少子化現象,發現寵物飼養率升高增加了寵物變 化性,刺蝟則是其一,為了與市場做出區隔,所以選擇具有鮮 明個性的刺蝟為主體發展。牠外型渾圓卻又具備防禦敵人的尖 刺。於是我們想運用這種有反差性可愛的刺蝟為特點,以一片 片板材加以拼接即可組裝完成。內部筆槽順著「刺」的方向傾 斜,當筆放入後就如生氣時炸毛的刺蝟一般。

Our target demographic is defined to align with the preferences and usage patterns of children. Through an analysis of the recent decline in birth rates, we observed an increase in pet ownership, contributing to the diversity of pet choices. Hedgehogs, in particular, have gained popularity. To differentiate ourselves in the market, we have chosen the distinctive hedgehog as the main theme for development.With its round appearance and defensive spines, the hedgehog possesses a unique personality. We aim to leverage this charming contrast and create an assembly using individual pieces of board. The internal pen slots are inclined following the direction of the 'spikes,' resembling the bristling spines of an angered hedgehog when a pen is placed in them.

By incorporating a lifting mechanism, the open island's flat surface allows for more flexible and smooth use. When raised, the product opens below for convenient handling of processed ingredients, addressing the extended time and bacterial growth affecting health and flavor during the thawing process. Through an adjustable smart interface, it utilizes high-temperature, high-pressure steam and clean water for thorough treatment of ingredients inside and out, providing functions such as sterilization, thawing, blanching, and freshness detection commonly used in the kitchen. Materials include stain-resistant aluminum alloy, anti-radiation reinforced glass, and cast iron conductive heat convection trough plates, ensuring the freshness and original taste of ingredients. Integration with the Sakura Kitchen app enables real-time control and data recording, facilitating a smart kitchen lifestyle focu sed on health.

常見4種解凍方式

冷藏解凍:將冷凍食材放入冷藏庫,微生物不易孳生、水分流失最少,缺 點是耗費時間長,須於前一晚將所需食材完整密封後移入冷藏庫。

流水解凍:20℃以下的流水解凍,需確保包裝袋完整,不讓食材接觸流水, 且較浪費水資源。

微波解凍:解凍時間快速且方便,但食材須馬上烹調,微波時間因食材而 異,且容易受熱不均。

的位置,正確的放置才能剛好填滿嘴吧,而過程中主要是訓練手部穩定 度、握力與對形狀和顏色的判斷力,也讓孩子自由組合或表達不同情緒。

This toy, modeled after a koala, is designed for children aged 6-8 with physical disabilities. The objective is to insert five differently shaped and colored wooden blocks into the wideopen mouth of the koala. Each block has a designated position, and correct placement is required to fill the mouth precisely. The process primarily focuses on training hand stability, grip strength, shape and color recognition, and allows children to freely assemble or express various emotions.

設計動機

在還孩童時期若沒有充足的活動量或認知很容易導致之後學習上的 障礙。而曾經我的小學同學就是如此,他因為不能好好傳達想法和

握筆而產生了很多困難,為此我想透過小時候不可或缺的玩具來解 決這項難題。

Insufficient physical activity or cognitive stimulation during childhood can potentially lead to learning obstacles later on. I had a primary school classmate who faced such challenges due to difficulties in expressing ideas and gripping a pen properly. To address this issue, I aim to utilize essential childhood toys to provide a solution.

的五金配件組裝、鏡片洗槽都極考驗尺寸和精細度。

Opting for the use of hard, dark walnut wood in crafting eyeglasses, the process, whether in sequence or the various trial-and-error processing methods, tested my hands-on skills. From design to seeking advice from teachers, the actual crafting process allowed me to learn about ergonomics and woodworking techniques. Even the assembly of corresponding hardware accessories and lens grooving posed challenges in terms of precision and fine detail ing.

基於過去,板金科畢業讓我對金屬材質有更高的共感性,透過新的 金屬材料-銀(Silver)創作幾款戒指,於是,我以Wild/simple/ fashionable/natural/noble/pure為題打造這些時尚小物。

Based on the past, the graduation of plate metal has made me more sympathetic to metal materials, creating several rings through the new metal material, Silver, so I created these fashion items under the theme of Wild/simple/fashionable/natural/noble/pure.

Changhong, Haitang, Pingguang – each glass carries a snapshot of an era. By piecing them together, it is not only a continuation of craftsmanship but also an exploration of the meaning behind the vessels in the current era.

Over the past three years in the field of sheet metal technology, I have developed a solid foundation in skills. Integrating industrial sheet metal, I have also acquired knowledge in design. Serving as a design participant has opened my imagination to this field.

A metal rose created by cutting and shaping iron sheets, followed by metalworking through forging and welding.

Chair Revolve|單椅|素面椅身骨架

以時間為題的單椅。由內而外的使用了從古至今的數字做排列組合,整個形體環繞 而連續,結透與造型上幾乎完全使用曲線構成,展現時間永不歇止的流動性。

A single chair themed around time. The design intricately incorporates numbers from ancient to modern times, arranged from the inside out. The entire form wraps around continuously, predominantly using curves to represent the perpetual flow of time, highlighting its ceaseless fluidity in both structure and aesthetics.
