VERSATILITY. AGILITY. PRECISION.
When it comes to installing, renovating, and maintaining the ground, nothing works better, harder, and longer than Force equipment.
The Z-23 is the revolutionary ground care machine made by landscapers, for landscapers. The stand-on zero-turn platform combined with fingertip control over hydraulically operated attachments delivers expansive visibility, lightning speed, and complete command over the work. This powerhouse soil prep machine enables a level of precision and nimbleness like you’ve never experienced before.
The Z-23 has been a game changer for our landscape company. We do many large construction housing developments and new landscaping projects. The Force cuts the time needed to finish grade topsoil for seed preparation almost in half. We look forward to seeing how we can implement this machine into other areas of our business.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR SEEDBED PREP
The Z-23’s landscape configuration lets operators dig more aggressively, break up compaction, and dislodge rocks from the soil. With its incredible zero-turn functionality, the Z-23 gets the grunt work done while empowering maximum precision along contours, around obstacles, and in tight areas.
Z-23 CONFIGURED FOR LANDSCAPE CONTRACTORS
SEED & FERTILIZER SPREADER VERSIBLADE MINI-BOX REAR SOIL FINISHER
The Z-23 Spreader holds 120 lbs. of material and features adjustable flow, an adjustable spread pattern from 4 to 25 feet, and a side deflector. This commercialgrade electric spreader is ideal for broadcasting whatever seed or fertilizer your ground requires.
Easily sift through dirt using the Z-23’s Versiblade Mini-Box. Using the Versiblade Mini-Box, operators can dig aggressively, decompact the soil, and dislodge rocks—all in one pass. With fingertip control over powerful hydraulic and spring-loaded arms, carry material, remove loose debris, or grade and level ground with great visibility and finesse.
The swivel hookup and patented H-frame allows the whole system to follow the Z-23 on even the tightest turns. Adjust the dual Versiblades to float over the top to gather leftover rock or debris while still letting soil flow. This unique setup creates a fluffy, conditioned finish free of unwanted materials. A twisted basket roller featured on the back helps reduce bounce, smoothen dirt, and press in seeds.
EXPAND YOUR TURF CARE VERSATILITY
The Z-23 offers you and your crew greater versatility to manage wide variety of different turf care tasks with just one machine. Depending on the needs of your soil, choose from our Plug Aerator, Slit Aerator, or powered AERA-Vator mid-mount attachments.
The stand-on platform allows for maximum visibility as you precisely follow contours of the land when aerating. The all-new powered AERA-Vator, available for the Z-23H, allows you to make in-ground turns while the implement is engaged. No matter the turf, Force equipment offers unparalleled aeration control.
KEY FORCE ADVANTAGES
SIZE MATTERS — Small aerators can take ages to finish aerating an entire sports field. Offering the largest and widest aerators on the market, the Z-23 lets you thoroughly aerate and cover nearly 3.5 acres of ground per hour.
START TO FINISH — The Z-23’s wide assortment of available attachments empowers you and your crew to tackle any size or type of turfcare job—from rough grade, through installation, and on to regular maintenance—using only one machine.
FOLLOW THE CURVES — Whether you’re edging or aerating, the Z-23 ensures you stay engaged with the ground at all times. Make in-ground turns and follow the contours and curves of the different landscapes you work on.

INDUSTRY-LEADING TECHNOLOGIES
The Z-23 was specifically engineered to include technologies that reduce the need for frequent repair and avoid common sources of breakdowns. The commercial-grade systems, backed by a hefty warranty, mean the Z-23 is designed to work hard all day, every day.
ELECTRONIC FUEL INJECTED (EFI) ENGINE
Each Z-23 comes equipped with a 25 HP electronic fuel injection engine standard. The EFI system pairs advanced computer controls with a high-pressure fuel delivery system to provide peak power and fuel efficiency. It now starts like a car with no carburetor issues and better fuel efficiency that starts easily in the cold!
BELTLESS HYDROSTATIC DRIVE SYSTEM
Most machinery of this size runs on a Hydraulic Drive System geared to a belt and pulley drive shaft. However, the longevity of belts can be unpredictable or brief due to frequent breaks. To avoid using belts, each Z-23 is plumbed standard with Dual Stacked HydroGear Variable Displacement Pumps and Fixed Displacement Wheel Motors, offering significantly more benefits than beltdriven systems.
2–STAGE AIR FILTER
Every Z-23 comes standard with a Heavy Duty 2-Stage Cyclonic Canister Air Filtration System. The Canister Air Filter has been moved away from the engine to ensure ease of access. A 2-stage filtration system makes sure that your engine pulls clean air, acting as your engine’s shield in dusty conditions. Keep the filter clean to see improved engine performance, fuel efficiency, and extended life.

PLUG, SLIT, & HYDRAULIC AERATORS Hydraulic lift system | Suitcase Weights • Weight Kit • Mobile Workstation • Speedometer
The VersiBlade Mini-Box easily sifts through dirt, so operators can do a pass to dig aggressively, decompact the soil, and dislodge rocks. Then, they can come back through as needed to gather roots and rocks into a spoil pile without bringing excess dirt since the VersiBlade allows soil to flow through.
MULTI-FUNCTION RAKE
60” Wide, ½” Thick Steel, Laser Cut
Can be pitched vertically to back blade material from high areas and fill into low areas, it can pull off loose vegetation and debris into piles, and it creates an ideal finish on gravel parking lots and for other heavy dirt work. Included on the base configuration.
Choose from our available plug, slit, or hydraulic aerator attachments. Our 48” plug aerator runs 115,000 sq. ft. per hour, using 400 lb weights to core depths up to 3 - 1/2”. Built with vibrating steel tines, our hydraulic AERA-Vator is mounted on a front swinging hitch, allowing in-ground turns up to 15°. For less intrusive aerating, the Slit Aerator cuts slits up to 2” deep in the surface.

FORCE AERA-Vator
Powered by a hydraulic motor, our AERA-Vator attachment empowers you to more thoroughly condition your sports turf in minimal time. Once active, steel tines fixed on an eccentric shaft allow the AERA-Vator to penetrate the soil, causing the tines to rapidly vibrate and further break up compaction. Mounted on a front swinging hitch, operators can pivot the attachment left or right to make in-ground turns, which paired with a rear roller prevents the pulling of soil plugs. Finish sports turf aeration in one pass and enable same-day play using our new midmount hydraulic AERA-Vator attachment.
FORCE POWER BROOM
If you’re looking to keep parking lots clear, count on our new hydraulic Power Broom to get the job done. The Power Broom comes with heavy-duty polypropylene bristles to help you easily clear concrete, asphalt, or pavement surfaces.
