DOCUMENTATION FOR SELLING AT AUCTION

Please upload the documents listed, together with any other documents relevant to the sale. Do not send us any hardcopies as these will not be forwarded to successful buyer’s solicitor upon a successful sale. Savills will not be responsible for documents uploaded or emailed to us after the close of business on the last working day before the auction or on the day of the auction.
Documents uploaded should be in Adobe PDF format and appropriately named to reflect the document.
Contract: Our Savills sale memorandum will be attached to the special conditions of sale provided to form the contract and this will take precedence over any sale memorandum provided by yourself as part of the special conditions of sale.
Common Auction Conditions (Edition 3), which contains Savills extra conditions of sale, will be provided as part of the contract.
Deposit: This will be held by Savills in accordance with Clause G30.2.2 of the Common Auction Conditions (if not stated in the special conditions of sale). Please provide your company’s bank account details in writing to Samantha Winser (SWinser@savills.com), so that the deposit can be transferred to your firm, less our fees and any agreed expenses. Upon a successful sale, please email Samantha when completion takes place in order for us to update our records.
