The master plan for the redevelopment intricately weaves together various elements to form a cohesive urban tapestry. At its heart lies the sports center, surrounded by verdant landscapes and ample parking provisions for accessibility. Adjacent to this central focal point, the mall and exhibition spaces create a bustling hub connected by pedestrian-friendly pathways, fostering a dynamic commercial core. The design maximizes space utilization, ensuring comfort and elegance in every corner.

The Software Technology Park of India (STPI) in Agra is a cutting-edge facility designed to foster innovation and technological growth in one of India’s most historic cities. Strategically located, the project bridges Agra’s rich cultural heritage with its modern aspirations, providing a hub for IT and software development.
