To connect the city with the river with the help of preexisting rich socio cultural fabric and Transit Oriented Development.

YEAR 2022 LOCATION KOREGAON PARK, PUNE
The project aims to act as a conjecture between the Mula Mutha River and the area of Koregaon Park.
After a thorough and robust sessions of case studies, site analysis and urban analysis, we came up with a design which has coworking spaces, a public library and a exhibition center near the river, with the main focus to educate and inculcate the people with the culture of the region.

Depict an iconic structure to an ever growing region with concepts of Hierarchy, Rhythm and Symmetry.

The building embraces Pune's culture and climate, adopting a site-specific strategy that plays on relationships between interior & exterior spaces. Public and private spaces interweave, creating spatial experiences encouraging causal interactions & exchanges between hotel guests and locals within its public promenade.

O U S I N G 0 3 YEAR 2021 LOCATION NERUL, NAVI MUMBAI CONCEPT A Middle Income Group Housing Society designed in Mumbai, focusing on elements of neighborhood desgin and community living.

The building acts as a buffer between park and podium at the same time grand openings, gates, create backgrounds to experience the transmission between a traffic environments into a serene park like environment. It should have an iconic image, yet should not dominate the humanness. building should give open spaces, recreational activities at various levels.
