Which indicates distinguishable areas and corridors highlighted by activities (living, shopping, working, etc.) and their specific built forms.

Character Areas Map

The map is defined by public memory, subjective perception, movement routes through city (roads), strategic future planning.

Urban Classification Map

Which defines the regulatory corridors and areas where any signage will be located according to the overlapping of Urban Zones and Character Areas.

Description

Historic Riyadh or the Old Town of Riyadh is an area of about one square kilometer (historic nucleus of Riyadh) highlighted by Masmak Fort and today also encompasses Murabba Palace. The area plays a key role within the history of the Kingdom and is therefore widely recognized as well as in the hearts and minds of the citizens of the Kingdom.

The concept

The design of the house with the concept of spatial fluidity in order to provide a feeling of openness between the external and internal spaces with an inner courtyard that connects all the spaces and allows the views to flow through it to the rest of the house while providing a feeling of privacy from the neighbors, taking into account the use of plants suitable for the house.

From the surrounding environment, the Sadu Authority, where the shape of the Najdi Sadu was stripped .The desert desert , where an architectural block resulted that combines the heritage of the Kingdom in a modern, contemporary way .
