Graphic Prints

I created these graphic prints as part of a project to do with the Palestine and Isreal conflict. I wanted to create prints that represent the three main faiths involved. I learned to write in arabic and hebrew. I also learned more about the history of the conflict it was a big eye opener.

These are my attempts at wriiting the word ‘Freedom’ in arabic and hebrew. I drew the outlines with black ink and filled them in with variuos coloured inks.

This print was created for an exhibition at New City College. I printed out several typefaces, then I cut out and glued the letters together. I created a new font in order to emphasise the word ‘Evolve’.

These prints were created as a final submission for my college work. I created these print to encourage young people to vote. I wanted to get streight to the point in order to acheive this I went with minimalistic designs.

These prints were created as part of a project to bring awareness to the privacy issues regarding the Metaverse.

Logos

I created these logos for a charity called ICPCN (International Childrens Palliative Care Network). They aproached my to create a new logo as they wanted to do some Rebranding.

These are some of the logo designs I came up with for the 3H Foundation. They help young people and adults with disabiliteis go on holidays.

Zine Design

These are some renders of The Walt Disney concert hall created by Frank Gehry. I created an outline using illustrator, I then filled in the different parts with texture I found online.

This is a page taken from a ‘Zine’ I created to celebrate greate architecture. I made actual collages of the concert hall and on right side on the left side I placed my digital renders.

These are some digital renders I created of the Hayder Aliyev Centre.

LCC Year 1

I made these prints after looking for inspiration for my metaverse print. I found that I like to create several versions and than select the work I find interseting. I feels this helps me with productivity. Another point I wanted to make was it would be helpful to show clients different options.

I selected this as my final design however I wanted to make some changes.

This is the final A2 print I decided to hand in for my project submission. Overall I think it works and serves its purpose. It is a simple message and it comes across clearly.

These are some plans and sketches I drew from calligraphy art made by Hassan Massoudy. These were some quick sketches I made to visualise my project Idea.

This project was called ‘re-imagine/re-purpose’. In short we had to find a place that serves no funtcion and essentially find a new use for said place.

I wanted to create a space were people could relax and wind down. It would be a place where you colud leave all your troubles and worries behind. I used sketchup to create the structure. This was my first time attempting something like this. It was a steep learning curcve. However I was able to get get help also I found a lot of useful resources online.

I used a sketchup add on called enscape to create these renders. Overall Im happy with the outcome and I think this colud actually help to deal with some mental health issues.

These are some of the initial Ideas I had for my paperfold project. I wanted to experiment with the typography and different layouts.

These are some of the final designs for my papaerfold project.

My concept for the paperfold project was to bring together origami and poetry. I made an origami diamond and used lines from a poem written by Horace. The idea was to encourage people to try origami and read poetry in order to help deal with the stresses of daily life.

Experiments

This is an experimental collage I created. I find making a collage is a great way to look for new and unique ideas in terms of design.

Here are some experiment I did with printing. I printed each print using acetate sheets. It worked with some of my prints but I found that it reflected the light too much.

I had tried screenprinting for the first. I am deeply fascinated by process orientated work. I am definetly going to be doing more of this as its a unique and ancient process.

One of my favourite artists of all time is Picasso. I have always found that nothing compares to drawing on pen and paper. These are some cubist Inspired sketches I made.

Here are some example of outlines created from some calligraphy. I did this in order to visualise what kind of structure I could create.
