The Company was founded in 1980 on the instance and motivation by; Mr. Dipl Ing Jan Boe, Engr. Abu Nasr Faizi & Engr. Col. (R) P.K.M. Shah

Under their active patronage and guidance the Company made significant progress, during the “eighties” and flourished in subsequent years and achieved prominence in the field of planning, designing and commissioning all types of Electrical and Mechanical Equipment, Distribution Panels, related systems and laying/installation of all types of pipe lines, not only for Industrial Plants but also for general utility services/projects.

Varow International (Pakistan) owes immense gratitude and thanks for their valuable contribution for what Varow is today.

In a short time the Company established its reputation as Architects, Designers, MEP Engineers and Project Managers. This achievement was only made possible by inducting a team of highly skilled professionals This team of competent and motivated architects, engineers and technicians laid emphasis on quality of workmanship and professional approach, and because of this standardization the company has now been able to penetrate in international market. The concept behind the development of Signature Resorts is to provide the hill station context with state-of-the-art facilities while preserving the environment by focusing on blending the buildings with the natural surroundings Special considerations and efforts were made to design each and every facility in-and-around the trees, in order to protect every tree possible

The resort, spreading around 400 kanals, houses a Five-Star Hotel, independent Villas and Condos with single-unit Chalets on looking the gorgeous views. The resort also includes the design and development of facilities like a Clubhouse and multiple satellite restaurants.

The resort is designed using sustainable building practices, such as using locally sourced materials, incorporating passive heating and cooling strategies, and incorporating energy-efficient lighting strategies. The resort would also use renewable energy sources, such as solar panels.

The buildings are oriented to maximize the view of the natural surroundings while also providing natural ventilation and lighting This would reduce the need for artificial heating and cooling and minimize the impact on the environment

One-Seven Towers

One-Seven Towers project consisting of four towers with a combined mall is a modern and luxurious complex that offers a unique living experience. The building consists of one tower for a 5-star hotel and three towers for luxurious apartments. The exterior features a sleek and minimalist design, with a mix of glass, concrete, and vertical gardens cascading down the sides of the towers.

One-Seven Tower Project offers the ultimate in luxury living and convenience, with a modern and sophisticated aesthetic that sets it apart from other buildings in the area. The use of concrete as the primary building material adds to the durability and longevity of the structure, ensuring that it will remain a landmark in the city for years to come

The first tower is the 5-star hotel, designed to offer a luxurious experience for its guests. The hotel features spacious rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breath-taking views of the Margalla Hills and the city skyline. The lobby situated on the 16th Floor, is designed to be grand and opulent, with high ceilings and marble floors. The hotel would also feature a rooftop pool and bar, offering guests a stunning view of the city while they relax and unwind.

The apartment towers are designed to offer a unique living experience

The apartments range in size from one to three bedrooms, with expansive living areas, designer kitchens, and private balconies. The apartments are designed with highend finishes and appliances, making them the ultimate in luxury living.

The Navy Club design concept is centered around the iconic shape of an anchor, which forms the basis for the entire structure The building is composed of three circular blocks, each with its own distinct purpose: a mall, hotel, and offices The exterior facade of the building is clad in vertical metal panels, creating a contemporary aesthetic that evokes a sense of movement and energy

With its diverse range of amenities, unique design, and central location, the Navy Club (Margalla Road) is poised to become a heart of entertainment in Islamabad and a destination for locals and visitors alike.

The sports complex within the Navy Club offers a range of activities for fitness enthusiasts and those looking to stay active. With its squash, tennis, and swimming facilities, as well as a gym and other fitness amenities, the sports complex is a hub of activity and energy within the Navy Club.

The façade symbolizes the dynamism of the interior program and emphasis has been laid on visitor experience by enhancing the internal spaces with great acoustic and visual sensibilities.

the Navy Auditorium is designed not only to serve as a hub for Navy personnel but also as a cultural center for the wider community. The auditorium is open to the public, providing a venue for a wide range of events, including concerts, theater performances, lectures, and conferences.

Karachi Institute of Neurological Diseases and Rehabilitation is designed to be a state-ofthe-art rehabilitation hospital which aims to provide the highest quality care to patients with physical disabilities and mental health conditions The hospital consists of two separate building blocks, one existing structure which underwent renovation, and the other which houses the OPD is newly constructed The hospital includes facilities such as OPD, Labs, Physiotherapy, speech therapy, and other essential amenities

The hospital is meticulously designed with bright colors and an open layout to provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients The rooms are airy and spacious, with natural light and ventilation to create a comfortable and healing atmosphere. The hospital's design also prioritizes accessibility and safety for patients, with ramps and elevators to ensure easy movement within the facility.

KINDAR Hospital

Location: Super Highway, Karachi

Client: Helping Hand

Area: 25 Acres

KINDAR hospital is a state-of-the-art facility located on a 25-acre site in the outskirts of Karachi. The development is being carried out in phases, starting with the In and Out Patient Facility, Prosthesis and Orthotics Labs, Mosque, Cafeteria, Sports Center and ending with the incorporation of a medical university The hospital aims to provide high-quality healthcare services to the people of Karachi and beyond

The hospital is designed to blend with the natural surroundings, incorporating central courtyards, green spaces and landscaping so that visitors, staff and patients alike have pleasing views and comfortable outdoor areas to experience

The hospital is designed to be a state-of-the-art rehab facility, one of its kind in South Asia. Special design considerations were made to achieve a successful working module for the facility

Navy Hospital

Location: Margalla Road, Islamabad

The Navy Hospital situated in the heart of Islamabad is a state-of-the-art medical facility designed to provide the best possible care for patients. The hospital is spread over an area of approximately 82,000 square feet, making it one of the largest hospitals in central Islamabad. The hospital is divided into two wings, In-patient and Out-patient Department (OPD), which are connected via bridges The design concept for the hospital focuses on providing a comfortable and healing environment for patients while also incorporating outdoor landscape areas for visitors to wait and relax

Ayan Heights is a mixed-use development in Faisalabad, designed to be a modern and sustainable building that caters to the needs of its occupants and the surrounding community The building is a 12-story structure with a mall and food court on the lower floors, offices in the middle floors, and apartments on the upper floors The facade of the building is designed to face the canal, creating a stunning visual appeal and offering beautiful views of the surrounding area

Modular Façade with perforated screens to filter light and heat intake. The façade has substantial glazing on its commercial floors along with the corner section of the commercial floors which have exposed glass curtain wall to provide aesthetic balance to the façade.

Boulevard Square

Location: Main Boulevard, Lahore

The Boulevard square situated in the heart of Lahore is designed to be a contemporary, efficient, and flexible workplace that supports the modern-day requirements of a dynamic business environment The building features a glass and metal facade that not only enhances the aesthetics but also provides ample natural light and energy efficiency.

The modular planning approach allows for maximum flexibility, as the space can be easily reconfigured to accommodate changing business needs. The building is divided into zones, each with its dedicated services, and a central core which houses elevators, stairs, and restrooms.

Al Huda Development

Al Huda development lies adjacent to the Ring Road in Lahore Situated within a ten minute ride from the airport, the complex with seven mid-rise apartment buildings, a shopping complex, and a mosque is centers around the idea of community living in a secure environment The complex is designed to promote social interaction and create a sense of community, while also providing residents with leisure and healthy living conditions in the outskirts of the city.

Sapphire STM Unit 05 is designed as a threestory office building that seamlessly integrates with the factory warehouse The building has an industrial look that matches the overall context of the factory

The factory warehouse is attached to the office building, allowing for easy access to the production floor The interior of the warehouse has high ceilings and open floor plans to accommodate the production process
