PROJECTS SUMMARY

d’art is an open ended exploration of translating the knowledge and sensibility of metal craft into intuitive robotic processes. The project challenges “craft” to become a distributed system, where the craftsman’s ability is augmented through remote robotics.

Performance is the main criteria to start searching for facade design ideas, In our case, we choose indoor thermal and light control to be our main aim for the facade design. To demonstrate this process we set up a system to implement this idea over leftovers of Aluminium Composite panels (ACP). Therefore, We extract the information by Material behavior testing. Using a robotic arm for shaping and assemblage the material through pick and place process.

It has been noticed that the pollution and greenhouse gas emissions have fallen across continents as countries try to contain the spread of the new Pandemic Covid-19. In this context and in order to keep the global sustainable for heather life our designs should be influenced by environmental data to optimize healthy and comfortable building experience. Sunlight is one of the main environmental aspects affecting our designs and life in general, and as sun follower flower, designing facades should follow the sun orientation for optimizing natural light in our buildings.

The core concepts of constructability, tectonics, algorithms, and machines will be discussed and incorporated into the design process as primary drivers, fostering a design approach that mobilizes technologies as design opportunities.

Aiming to develop an AR office assistant, the project is centered around exploring core notions about the future development of workspaces, what being a digital nomad means presently and how technology can better assist the users of co-working spaces.

The goal of this study was to develop an impact-echo device that can conduct automatic oscillation tests, process signals rapidly, and apply it to concrete object anomaly analysis. The system presented in this study comprises three parts, namely the impact device, the oscillator circuit, and signal processing software.
