THE VEGAN

FOOD PIMP

As a vegan chef, the VFP works to make vegan food funky, sexy and delicious whilst combining her qualifications in nutrition to ensure that everything (well, most of it!) is healthy. Having spent 11 years living in Spain she collected recipes and amended them to vegan. She then spent time in South Africa doing the same and of course, all the traditional British favourites regularly appear too! Her first book has sold around the world helping others to get in the kitchen and dispel the myth that vegan food is bland, dull and beige!
