Joanne Feinstein has been on Elbow Cay for over 20 years, running several businesses during that time. A public relations/advertising professional, Joanne understands better than most the need for clear and continual communication with clients. She is also skilled at helping homeowners interpret local rules and different ways of abiding by those rules than they might find on their own.
Billy Gates Maintenance Operations
Billy Gates was born in Hope Town and raised on Elbow Cay. He is a island Renaissance Man, a builder by trade, from a celebrated boat-building lineage. Billy’s connections throughout the Abacos run far and deep. A true island resource, Billy is quick to spot issues before they grow troublesome. His long career in construction and handywork means he can fix almost anything—and if he can’t, he knows exactly who can.
