India offers various types of visas to foreign nationals, depending on the purpose and duration of their visit. Some of the most common Indian visa types are:

The e-Visa is issued online and allows a maximum stay of 60 days in India, while the Visa-on-Arrival is issued at the port of entry and allows a maximum stay of 30 days in India. Both of these facilities are available for tourism, business, and medical purposes only.
