Hospital_Commerical
Hospital is a health care institution providing patient treatment with specialized health science and auxiliary healthcare sta and medical equipment. In brief we have to design 200 Bedded Hospital in Medi city.
Planning the Design and Construction of Healthcare facilities is a very specialised eld that has begun getting its due only in the last few years in India. This is because we have now come to realize the important role the design and planning of the hospital plays in healing the patient. The aim of an architect is to ensure that their design satis es the people living and functioning in the space they design. In a hospital this includes the Doctors, Nurses, Sta and of course the Patient. The design of a hospital must meet all their requirements. It is therefore the Architect’s duty and responsibility to design accordingly.

Biophilic design is an approach to architecture that seeks to connect building occupants more closely to nature. Biophilic designed buildings incorporate things like natural lighting and ventilation, natural landscape features and other elements for creating a more productive and healthy built environment for people. Dynamic glazing like Sage Glass is a great example of using new building technologies to achieve biophilic objectives.
“Maximizing natural light bene ts people as well as energy bills, but biophilic interventions incorporate natural lighting from di usion to temporal changes. A lighting system that either naturally or arti cially changes throughout the day to mimic our circadian rhythm helps link people to the outdoor environment and, essentially, keep us on track with our natural 24 hour cycle. Maximizing natural light and changes throughout the day also enhances visual comfort.”
Arguably, a biophilic design can reduce stress, improve emotional well-being, alleviate pain, and foster improvements in other outcomes of patient care.Various leading hospitals worldwide have employed biophilic designs to improve patient care outcomes.

Recreational Hub
Dharavi is one of the world’s largest slums, with more than half a million people per square kilometre – more than 10 times higher than the most densely populated area of London. Current standards of sanitation are low, with just one toilet per 1,400 people, and the lack of open space means that children play in cemeteries and on the railway tracks. Following extensive research, site visits and by talking to the community, our design team developed a comprehensive idea to improve the quality of life for all living there.

NIGHT SCHOOL, WORKSHOP, LIBRARY FORM EVOLUTION
The above view shows the interaction area through dome and exhibition area held during the year and also the events performed by the people of the locality. The dome is centrally placed in the site to depicts it as the centre of the hub.
In Dharavi, the workplace, street, and home are an essential source of building social capital as it creates a conducive environment for skill exchange, mutual support, and social interaction with family, co-workers, and community.
The above view shows the pottery space and the potter making the pots and people seeing the art of making it and buying it form the potter to encourage low skill workers. The other shops can also be seen with di erent profession.
Dharavi continues to grow as a hyper-dense settlement, where most people run a business out of their homes, transformed into the workspace on the ground oor while staying on the upper oors.

Paradise Palms is a multistoreyed housing for di erent income groups. HIG, MIG, LIG, EWS and other services and public amenities for the rpeople living there.
An e ort to design the housing and taking the advantage of site and thus going vertically and breaking the barriers of horizontality. By going vertically we can achieved maximum area through di erent oor levels. Also breaking the stereotype about the multistoreyed housing can’t be built in city of chandigarh. And to provide every more number of balcony space and provding them with green area. Due to staggering of units every user have there privacy, view factor and roof terrace for proper refreshing out the environment around the units.

The apartments are rotated through 90 degrees at successive levels, allowing the terrace garden to site above the cantilevered bedrooms of the apartment below. The helicod con guration of successive stacked apartments establishes triple height volumn above the gardens to maximise light penetration to the living areas and create su cient space for the planting of tress.
Massing have been done quite di erently from other buildings By providing FREE FLOORS, such that it helps in providing CROSS VENTILATION through out building. Height of each Free Floor decreases with the increasing height of building i.e., Height of Free Floor is more at the bottom part as Multifunctioning spaces. Louvers or Tress/ Plantation are provided at the direction in which the sunlight is more and to purify the air. These Free Floors not only provide cross ventilation but also act as a SOCIAL INTERACTION space.

Fuel Station
Service stations a place equipped for servicing automobiles, as by selling gasoline and oil, making repairs, etc. Drive the evolution of the convenience store. As consumer demand for convenience, speed, and high-quality food rises, the convenience store format is ripe for change. In urban locations, convenience stores need to shift from the traditional limited o erings (and often a poor look and feel) to neighborhood stores selling a wide variety of high-quality products and food to go. They can make less dramatic changes at highway locations, where the format can remain that of a more traditional convenience store with food to go and rest areas for travelers.
Site was located in singapore and was a pre-existing site a fuel or petrol station but due to some problem it was not used by them. So in the competition brief we have freedom to select or choose any site in the world so we thought this of the best site we can use and redesign it for the user there.
The site was utilized properly and every inch of the site is been designed and the function provide in the fuel station also ful ll the purpose for the user their living.
And the site has 2 entry exit for easy vehicular movement and for easy connectivity.
According to the site the fuel station can cater maximum number of user there.
It is clear that fuel retailers won’t be able to in uence future gasoline and diesel demand. So instead they need to act now to o set the future decline in their traditional income streams. To achieve this and build long-term competitive advantage, fuel retailers must focus on taking action in three areas: enhancing existing o erings and pushing into new value pools; transforming their network and asset portfolio; and developing new capabilities and expertise.
ENHANCE EXISTING OFFERINGS AND PUSH INTO NEW VALUE POOLS.
Fuel retailers need to improve and expand what they o er customers in their traditional business while also pushing into adjacent value pools—segments that are new, but related to their core business. Enhance the customer fueling experience. Fuel retailers can use digital technologies to increase the sophistication of their loyalty programs and payment solutions. The goal is to create a seamless, engaging customer experience by digitizing the entire journey, from providing information on promotional deals while the customer is en route to the site to supporting easy mobile payments on the customer’s way out. Such e orts allow retailers to create personalized o erings for customers and create opportunities to monetize data through third-party partnerships.
