Step 1: Cast iron pipe of dia 90mm, gauge 5mm is taken

Step 3: Components from step 2.1A & 2.1B are fixed with nut and bolt fixing

Step 2.1A: C.I Component 1 is caste and inserted in the pipe

Step 2.1 B: C.I Component 3 is caste. C.I Component 2 is caste and fixed with a nut and bolt fixing, 18mm thk onyx stone is placed on the component 2 and slid into Component 3

Step 4: C.I plates bolted to each other are fixed to the pipe

Step 5: Both the sets of partitions are are anchor bolted to the column

Step 5: C.I Component 4 is then clamped to the set 1 and set 2 of the partition to hold them in place
