Aaron Fusselman
Aaron Fusselman grew up in Akron, Ohio, where his single mother taught him the importance of discipline, perseverance, and keeping his word. Early mentors, such as coaches and Scout leaders, encouraged him to lead and provided him with opportunities to balance academics with his interests in theater and music. After graduating from Barberton High School in 2000, he worked full-time at Sherwin-Williams to support his education, later earning a B.A. from Milligan University and completing his MBA at Johnson University, where he graduated first in his class. His professional journey began at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he rose rapidly to become one of the company’s youngest branch managers worldwide. Later, Sprint recruited him through a competitive leadership program to oversee regional sales. These formative roles established the principles he still applies today—own the results, serve the customer, coach teams toward success, and measure performance with clarity. These values became the framework for his career in building and leading high-performing organizations. In 2011, Aaron moved into SaaS with ConstructConnect, where he spent over eight years delivering exceptional results. He consistently surpassed his quota, achieving attainment rates between 144% and 260%, while earning multiple President’s Club honors. He built and led the company’s top-performing U.S. sales team, guided expansion into new territories, and later oversaw customer success. These experiences provided him with a comprehensive understanding of revenue growth, client value, and the balance required to scale effectively in competitive environments. By 2019, Aaron Fusselman had transitioned into GovTech, first launching Kofile’s Florida operations before becoming the founding enterprise account executive at GovOS. There, he grew revenue from zero to ten million within three years, leading the company in net new sales and contributing to a private equity sale.
