½ cup strawberriers [fresh or frozen]

½ cup blueberries

½ banana

½ cup Greek yogurt

½ cup almond milk [regular milk]

1 tsp honey [optional] ice cubes

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender

2. Blend until smooth and creamy

3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately

Tip: Add a tablespoon of chia seeds for an extra fiber

Ingredients:

½ cup pineapple chunks

½ cup mango [fresh or frozen]
