¿Qué es una revista digital?

Una revista digital es una publicación que tiene las características de una revista, pero en lugar de emplear el formato tradicional de papel emplea como medio de difusión un formato electrónico, ya sea como documento, que puede abrirse en una aplicación a tal efecto (por ejemplo, un archivo TXT, PDF o HTML, por lo general con enlaces para recorrerlo a modo de hipertexto), o también cómo un programa ejecutable para una plataforma específica. ¿Cuál es su importancia?

-Una revista digital es un medio que ayudará a potenciar los objetivos de una empresa, guiándose con una línea editorial y compartiendo su contenido.

-Concentra tus contenidos. Las ediciones digitales te ofrecen la oportunidad de incorporar todos los contenidos que deseas en una misma publicación, sin necesidad de romper tu lectura al visitar un enlace.

La revista digital está compuesta por: Texto Argumentativo: Tiene como objetivo principal dar sustento a la tesis formulada por el autor mediante la exposición coherente y lógica de justificaciones o razones, que tienen como propósito persuadir o convencer al lector sobre un punto de vista predeterminado.

Biografía: Es una historia de la vida de una persona narrada por otra persona, mencionando todo desde su nacimiento hasta muerte.

Esta sección corresponde a valorar el esfuerzo de personas que han dedicado parte de su vida en favor de la salud y el cuidado del medio ambiente.

Texto discontinuo: Textos que se realizan en forma gráfica y no lineal.

En esta sección, tendremos diferentes formas de presentación de la información que contienen cifras sobre la salud y el cuidado del medio ambiente, que expresan nuestra realidad Book Tuber: Son los lectores que reseñan libros en video y los suben a la plataforma YouTube para compartir sus opiniones, apreciaciones y recomendaciones de lecturas entres sus pares, creando comunidades de lectores.

De manera amena y creativa, se motiva a los lectores a tomar conciencia sobre el contexto que estamos viviendo, mediante la presentación animada de libros.

ARTÍCULO DE OPINIÓN CONTROVERSIA ELECTORAL 2021 ¿YOHNY LESCANO VIABLE PARA PRESIDENTE? Por: BERNAL URIOL, ADRIANO; CANCINO MORY, JOAQUÍN; GUEVARA RODRÍGUEZ, JOSELYN; PAREDES CORTEZ, CAMILA 4° C Pese a la crisis sanitaria, económica, política y social que atraviesa actualmente nuestro país, a causa de la Covid-19, las elecciones 2021 se llevarán a cabo este 11 de abril, en las que 18 candidatos políticos interesados en ocupar cargos de elección popular presentarán un diagnóstico situacional del país, acompañado de sus respectivas propuestas de solución a los principales problemas y retos en los diversos sectores.

Uno de los candidatos más fuertes a ocupar el puesto de Presidente de la República, es Yonhy Lescano Ancieta, representante del partido “Acción Popular”. Según la última encuesta realizada por IPSOS, este candidato se consolida en primer lugar con un 15% de aprobación.

Según el Jurado Nacional de Elecciones (JNE, 2021) la base medular de su propuesta de Plan de Gobierno, es sustentada con sus principios rectores “El Perú como doctrina” y “La conquista del Perú por los peruanos”.Siendo su objetivo principal “Trabajar y dejar trabajar” para la construcción de una sociedad moderna, equitativa, y justa, que intente consolidar una democracia gobernante que nazca del pueblo y para el pueblo”. Asimismo, propone enfrentar los estragos post pandemia como una sociedad madura, después de las nefastas experiencias vividas durante los últimos 20 años.

Su plan de Gobierno involucra los aspectos social, económico, institucional y medioambiental. Proponiendo para el ámbito social, superar la crisis sanitaria mediante la mejora del sector salud gracias a la modernización y nuevas tecnologías, así como abaratar el acceso a las medicinas, y reformar el sistema de pensiones que asegure a los jubilados una pensión justa y digna. Para el ámbito económico, propone crear un empleo formal remunerado, y así luchar contra la pobreza en el país, además de fomentar el ahorro interno y otorgar crédito barato a las MYPES (la Micro y Pequeña Empresa). En el ámbito institucional, propone modificar la Constitución y reformar la administración pública, sistema político, electoral y judicial, logrando así una auténtica transformación cultural. Por último, en el ámbito medioambiental, propone regular el uso sostenible de las aguas subterráneas con una tarifa especial para asegurar el acceso al agua potable de todos los hogares del Perú, además de priorizar la instalación del servicio de agua y desagüe.

Entonces nos preguntamos: ¿El candidato Yohny Lescano de Acción Popular (AP) es viable para el cargo de Presidente de la República? En nuestra opinión, Yonhy Lescano, no es viable para el puesto de Presidente de la República ya que dentro de sus propuestas presentadas en el Plan de Gobierno no toma en consideración la situación económica actual del país o va en contra de los principios éticos y morales. He ahí una de las razones.

Dentro de sus propuestas para el sector educativo, señaló: “Lo primero que se tiene que hacer es invertir el 6% en educación y ya he anunciado que voy a comprar un satélite para mejorar las comunicaciones”. Es decir, lo que propone es invertir el 6% del PBI en la compra de un satélite que mejore la conectividad, especialmente en áreas rurales, logrando de esta manera un mayor alcance de la educación en nuestro país. Esta propuesta, va en contra de la situación actual que atraviesa el PBI en nuestro país, pues este se contrajo a un 12% a causa de la pandemia, lo que ha generado que se pierdan 6.7 millones de empleos según cifras del Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática (INEI), las cuales indican el aumento en la tasa de desempleo, baja en las inversiones y factores que detienen las actividades productivas. No obstante, con el objetivo de enfrentar los ingentes gastos, se apeló al endeudamiento público, llevándola a alcanzar el 35.4% del PBI, cuando en el 2016 estuvo en 26%.

Por consiguiente, Yonhy Lescano no debería asumir la Presidencia de la República, pues sus propuestas para el sector educativo no son viables, debido a que el Perú actualmente no posee los suficientes ingresos económicos, para realizar una inversión de tal magnitud como la que plantea.

Del mismo modo, planteó gestionar que los laboratorios internacionales traigan su tecnología para poder fabricar la vacuna contra el covid-19 en el país. “No vamos a esperar, tenemos que hacer las vacunas acá y vacunar a millones de peruanos, mientras más nos atrasemos, el virus va a mutar. Que vengan acá los laboratorios” expresó. En efecto, plantea que los laboratorios internacionales vengan al Perú y procedan con la fabricación de las vacunas, antes de que el virus mute y empeore la situación de nuestro país. En realidad, el Perú no cuenta con la capacidad de producción y logística necesaria, debido a que no hay laboratorios para fabricar vacunas destinadas a seres humanos. Al respecto, Bayona,J.M.(2020), doctor en inmunología comparada, precisó: “No estamos en la capacidad de producir vacunas”, pues se requieren específicos sistemas de calidad; por lo que si algún laboratorio decide comenzar a fabricar vacunas aquí y algo falla ¿quién asumirá el riesgo?, por ello es imposible que suceda.

Por esta razón, Yonhy Lescano no debe llegar al puesto de Presidente de la República, debido a que sus propuestas para el sector salud no son viables, pues el Perú no posee los suficientes ingresos económicos para adquirir la maquinaria necesaria, destinada a la fabricación de las vacunas contra el covid-19 en nuestro país.

Durante el tercer debate presidencial 2021, Santos, R. expresó: "Vamos a ver la Ley Universitaria que dice textualmente, que para ser profesor principal se requiere título profesional de grado doctor, pero usted Señor Lescano, tiene grado de Bachiller", teniendo como apoyo un documento de la Superintendencia Nacional de Educación Superior Universitaria (SUNEDU). Por otro lado, según la Ley Universitaria. Nº30220 de 2014. Artículo 83, podemos afirmar que las condiciones para recibir el cargo de docente principal mencionadas por Rafael Santos, son correctas. En otras palabras, las afirmaciones de Rafael Santos tienen fundamento y van de acuerdo a la Ley antes mencionada. Por consiguiente, ¿Podemos confiar en un candidato que miente sobre su educación superior para obtener el puesto de docente principal en una universidad? Si Yonhy Lescano mintió por un puesto en la universidad César Vallejo, también pudo mentir durante su candidatura para el puesto de Presidente de la República.

Por ello, el candidato no es apto para asumir el cargo de Presidente, dado que utiliza su cargo público para obtener diversos beneficios, yendo en contra de sus propios valores éticos y morales, como congresista y ciudadano.

En conclusión, el candidato Yohny Lescano de Acción Popular no es viable para el cargo de Presidente de la República, debido a que no está capacitado para asumir tal posición, pues carece del liderazgo y responsabilidad necesarios para ser Presidente de la República. Además, su Plan de Gobierno carece de propuestas realistas y viables para los diversos sectores de nuestro país, ya que las que plantea no toman en cuenta nuestra realidad económica, la cual decayó enormemente durante la pandemia del Covid-19. Por ende, propongo a la ciudadanía votar con responsabilidad por un candidato idóneo.

ARTÍCULO DE OPINIÓN EL LENGUAJE INCLUSIVO SEGÚN LA REAL ACADEMIA ESPAÑOLA Por: DIAZ LLANOS, ALBERTO; HORNA PALACIOS, CLAUDIO; QUIROZ MANAY, GERMÁN; RODRIGUEZ PANTOJA, KOTTY; SIADEN JURADO, FERNANDO 4° C Desde el inicio de los tiempos se ha vivido una subordinación sin igual, siempre los hombres han querido dominar a las mujeres y las mujeres sabiendo que por la fuerza no iban a lograr algo diferente. Por ello, la mayor parte se rindió. En el siglo XX surgió el movimiento llamado “feminismo”, que en pleno siglo XXI fomenta el empoderamiento de las mujeres y el logro de la equidad de género. Es aquí donde proponen un lenguaje inclusivo como medio para lograr su propósito.

El uso de lenguaje inclusivo puede remontar su origen o concepción en los años 70. En años recientes su empleo se ha expandido cada vez más, principalmente en sectores como las mujeres, la juventud y la diversidad sexual. Pues si bien en un comienzo se buscaba la visibilidad de la mujer, ahora busca ir más allá y visibilizar también a minorías sexuales. Ahí es donde surge “todes” que propone dar una salida para nombrar a personas de género no binario.

Entonces, nos preguntamos ¿Son necesarios los cambios en el idioma para lograr la igualdad? En nuestra opinión, no; porque el mal llamado lenguaje inclusivo es un atentado a nuestro idioma y no es la solución para conseguir la igualdad entre hombres y mujeres.

Quienes defienden al lenguaje castellano observan estos cambios en la lengua como “aberraciones”. El Premio Nobel de Literatura, Mario Vargas Llosa, quien en una entrevista con el periódico español La Voz de Córdoba, calificó al lenguaje inclusivo como una “des- naturalización y aberración al lenguaje” y opinó, que además de no resolver el problema de la discriminación, el lenguaje no se puede transformar por temas ideológicos”. Asimismo, sostuvo que “la lengua necesita de la libertad, ejercita la libertad, se va renovando, adaptando, y no se la puede forzar sin provocar traumas lingüísticos”. En otros términos, el idioma se adapta a los nuevos contextos, pero no puede ser arruinado por una “razón” sin fundamento Por ello, Vargas Llosa, sostiene que el lenguaje es algo concebido de forma natural por toda la humanidad, y tiene reglas que no se pueden quebrantar. Por eso al intentar instalar el lenguaje inclusivo, lo que se obtiene es una situación prejuiciada que desnaturaliza el lenguaje y lo empobrece.

Es importante no confundir el género gramatical como constructo sociocultural y el sexo biológico Al respecto, la Real Academia Española (RAE, 2020) señala: Hay distintos mecanismos para marcar el género gramatical y el sexo biológico como: terminaciones (chica/-o), oposición de palabras (padremadre), el determinante con los sustantivos comunes en cuanto al género (el/la estudiante, este/esta representante). También hay palabras específicas (sustantivos epicenos) que tienen un solo género gramatical y designan a todas las personas independientemente del sexo biológico (la víctima, la persona). Los principales retos del español para una comunicación inclusiva en cuanto al género son la confusión entre género gramatical, género sociocultural y sexo biológico, el nivel de conocimiento de los recursos que ofrece la propia lengua para hacer un uso inclusivo dentro de la norma y las asociaciones peyorativas que han heredado del sexismo social algunos equivalentes femeninos. (p. 2, Orientaciones para el empleo de un lenguaje inclusivo en cuanto al género en español) Es decir, también se utilizan palabras para hablar en colectivo con el femenino gramatical, no solo utilizamos el masculino gramatical, es por eso, que nosotros podemos decir que el idioma español no solo se refiere a hombres sino también a mujeres y no podemos cambiar la gramática ya que tiene que haber una coherencia.

Por otro lado, desde el punto de vista del movimiento feminista, Bello, G. (2019) afirma Como parte del análisis feminista, ha quedado claro que la reproducción e institucionalización del lenguaje ha sido históricamente, una tarea de hombres, por lo que además, nuestras formas de comunicación tanto en la oralidad como en la escritura y en lo gráfico estaría inscritas en el sistema patriarcal, es decir, estarían sesgadas por una visión de mundo en la que incluso, la forma en la que nos comunicamos, pensamos y “nombramos” el mundo, estaría impregnada de este sentido de superioridad entre hombres y mujeres. En ese sentido, expresiones como “todos somos iguales”, “el hombre es dueño de su propio destino”, o el uso del masculino como genérico: “los no estudiantes”, “los padres de familia” y otro sinfín de ejemplos; “produciría un conocimiento sesgado de la realidad, coadyuvando a la invisibilidad y la exclusión de las mujeres en todos los ámbitos”. (p.2) En efecto, Bello sostiene que nuestro idioma otorga una superioridad a los hombres, pero esto no es cierto, porque nosotros sabemos que estas palabras ya están impregnadas en nuestro vocabulario y no las vamos a cambiar, sino también deberíamos cambiar las palabras del femenino gramatical que se refieren al colectivo.

Entre tanto, Villanueva, D. (2020), director de la RAE, sostuvo que el problema es confundir la gramática con el machismo”. Es decir, la lengua no tiene ninguna relación con el machismo, y mucho menos cambiarlas será una solución ante este problema.

Del mismo modo, en ocasiones anteriores la RAE ya se habían manifestado en contra del uso de “x”, “e” o “@” como marca de género, ya que, “el masculino gramatical funciona en nuestra lengua (español), como en otras, como término inclusivo para aludir a colectivos mixtos, o en contextos genéricos o inespecíficos”. En otros términos, no se utiliza para discriminar a la mujer, ya que en nuestro idioma la gramática masculina se usa para incluir a todas las personas sea hombre o mujer.

En conclusión, el uso del lenguaje inclusivo destruye al idioma español, este cambio no logrará el objetivo de igualdad que se pretende en la sociedad. Las personas tienen que actuar con raciocinio frente a este problema; ya que los problemas de discriminación por genero son reales y no deben ser erradicados desnaturalizando a nuestro idioma. La solución está en la educación de las personas, No se debe confundir la gramática con el machismo. El lenguaje castellano no es sexista, no discrimina, ni excluye a nadie, esta es una creencia que debe desaparecer y no se debe cambiar por un simple capricho.

INTRODUCTION Pollution has significant impacts on human health, the environment, and even on how some of the Earth’s systems, such as the climate, are functioning. Pollution touches all parts of the planet. It is affecting our health through the food we eat, the water we drink and the air we breathe.

Approximately 19 million premature deaths are estimated to occur annually as a result of the way we use natural resources to support global production and consumption and which impact the environment.

The action of one person can have the possibility of affecting the whole ecosystem. It also causes illnesses, contamination of seafood, and global warming. Pollution has gotten worse since there has been growth and development of the population in our lifetime. The advancement of science and technology has made people prisoners in their own world. We ruin nature without even thinking about the serious consequences it has on the environment. In order to fix our pollution problem, we need to expand our knowledge of nature and develop understanding of human behavior. Health article As we know, at the end of 2019 we did not find out that a new disease was beginning to appear on the planet. Months passed and that disease called Covid 19 began to spread throughout Europe and Asia, in that way it reached Latin America, affecting the health sectors and the economy of our country. Which was not prepared to face a pandemic due to a lack of implements, personnel and organization since at the beginning of this pandemic, the country only had 276 beds of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), this is the necessary equipment to care for patients with COVID-19,

Throughout the pandemic, the government has expanded the number of ICU beds to exceed 800, but care for patients who do not need mechanical ventilation (more than 6,000 beds) is also overflowing. Hospitals collapse, Every day there are many cases of doctors who protest for not having the required personal protective equipment, having to reuse the masks several times, or of those who have stopped attending due to lack of equipment or falling ill. Environmental pollution in Peru is reaching alarming figures. The problems suffered after the continuous increase in the population, its concentration in large urban centers and illegal activities, such as illegal mining, the burning of garbage.
