The Academy has been a transformative experience—one that has not only accelerated my professional growth but also challenged and reshaped deeply held perceptions through a lens uniquely tailored to who I am. Within a powerful, intentional community, I’ve gained clarity, purpose, and a renewed mindset. This experience will undoubtedly shape our city and the world beyond it—and it’s one I will forever deeply value.

The Academy experience was an invitation to pause, refine my leadership, and reflect on my purpose. It was an opportunity to clarify my values, to understand the roots of my resilience, and to refine the very foundation of my leadership. The program was a safe space for reflection, encouraging me to consider how my past experiences can shape my vision for the future.
