Open Talent Market (OTM) is a disruptive virtual platform using Artificial Intelligence to match the supply and demand of internal talent throughout Schneider Electric. OTM empowers employees to own their career choices, seek interesting project work and removing traditional workforce barriers.

OTM is a career development platform that matches opportunities through AI, based on skills, experiences and career goals. OTM has a streamlined user experience with LinkedIn integration for profile set up, and available on desktop, mobile and applications.

For the graduates who were uncertain or chose not to rotate, they are able to take part in broader business projects that provides them additional career development and learning opportunities. This system is deployed in partnership with a global start-up who provided us with OTM, a customized opportunity marketplace and create an agile workforce for Schneider.
