TERMS & CONDITIONS IN CASE OF ORDER: PAYMENT: 80% Advance upon Confirmation of Order; 20% Balance before Dispatch/Shipment. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of advance payment and payment is cleared in our account. All bank charges for foreign payment transfers are to be borne by the buyer.

SERVICES: Customer’s Brand Label /Tags/Stickers / Product Information can be added/fastened to items as required by the buyer. All goods are packed in standard Seaworthy Packaging and any request for special packing will be extra.

QUALITY CONTROL: All products will be 100% checked for adherence to order specifications & significant deviations (if any) is subject to buyer’s approval before packing/shipment.

Production progress & proof photos will be sent for approval before dispatch.

Request for modification in size or quality may cause change in the unit price, which is subject to our final confirmation. Also, please note that slight variation in weight/size/color/weave pattern may occur during production due to natural materials used & handmade nature of the products.

TRADE TERMS: Ex-Works LEAD TIME: Approx 6-8 weeks upon receipt of Client’s Order Confirmation, Deposit, & Sample Approval (if any). Please advise if you have a delivery deadline to meet, we will review the lead time.

DELIVERY: Balance payment to be settled prior to dispatch. Goods will not be released until all funds are received in our account. Please notify any damage or discrepancy within 10 days from date of delivery, no liability will be accepted after stated period REMARKS: Order Cancellation or amendment would not be accepted after proof photos approval/confirmation and during production .

If Buyer defaults in payment. Fab H A P Home Décor Trading reserves the right to repossess the products and all the deposit payment paid are not to be refunded.

Custom made items (if any) is only semi-similar as per photo and maybe made in alternative material (subject to buyer’s approval) and indicated in the formal quotation.

ABOUT THE OWNER Algen M. Aquino, CPP, CPPM, CISM Born & raised in Manila Philippines, after earning my BSc in Accountancy degree from the University of Santo Tomas (1999), I worked for a variety of industries, such as Manufacturing, Banking, Retail & Audit, to name a few. The roles I’ve held over the years led me to acquire competencies in Procurement /Sourcing, Customer Relation, Sales, Office Admin, & Audit.

My 5.5-year stint as a Senior Procurement Officer for a Dubai & Turkey-based Chandelier & Decorative Light Manufacturing Company gave me strong background in the process of sourcing a variety of products & raw materials. My role included the management of fulfilling large & high volume project orders sourced locally and overseas. I routinely conducted out-ofcountry quality inspections to advise management of Work Progress Status in order to resolve & eliminate impending supplier issues in fulfilling production agreements. These measures were taken to ensure the smooth client turnover of items purchased & steady supply of raw materials for factory production.
