A MESSAGE FROM OUR DIRECTOR OF BANDS
Greetings! On behalf of Lead Pastor, Carl Nichols, our Principal, Mrs. Nicole Shaw, Faculty, Staff, Students and Administration, we welcome you to Relevant Church and this evening's concert series! Tonight, we feature The Dutchtown High School Wind Symphony, under the baton of Mr, Adrian Adams and The Dutchtown High School Symphonic Band, under the baton of Mr. Brandon Printup. This school year has been marked with optimism, reflection and change. We’ve learned to work diligently, differently and love more unconditionally. We've continued to tune out the stress and under differentiated circumstances, we've learned to navigate life at our best. We've devised new ways to turn the bad into good and we've learned new skills that we never thought we could. We've found ways to travel to less congested places, where we continue to meet our families and friends, some with covered faces. This year has been filled with perseverance and opportunity as we’ve tried to exercise and strengthen our immunity. The 2022 2023 academic school year has allowed us to return to our norm as we’ve devised new ways to stay connected and continue to mitigate COVID 19 'Tis the season to be thankful and jolly Enjoy what you love and learn something new. Don’t forget to reflect often and always be kind. Try to stay positive and learn to unwind. These are my thoughts and sincerest wishes for you and all of my family and friends, near and far. Parents and Guardians, thank you for investing in your children and allowing us to continue the music making progress despite our worldly transgressions
