Before the function room, the area is Spectator Terrance. In the middle of the timber seating Inlay, there are steps that ceramic wall tiling between them. It is trafficable glass blocks in cast iron frame.

The southeast of function room The steel is one of main material in this building which constructs this building in the most stable way. All roof and wall bracing between grids are installed by steel. The truss alone grid in the canopy is also used by steel. These steels are able to bear minimum but still leaves temporary stability. Thus, timber is installed to take control of temporary stability.

Stud wall at the back As the site manager mention that all timber lintels is non-load bearing, that some are supported by steel column. They provide a plate welded to the steel column and fixed to the lintel with the bolting. The other lintels are supported by stud framing which like the up figure showed. They are into a common stud at the top of the wall.
