Single Family Residential Detached Dwelling Housing
Summer 2023
A collaborative project to create a single-family residential dwelling on the given site. The project complied with part 9 of the Ontario Building Code and Toronto Zoning Bylaws. The architectural style of the building is based on Victorian ornamental details. The project was completed on AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Sketchup. The design process contains a basic layout placed on each floors that enables a functional approach to the interior spaces from the basement to the upper second floor.

Steel-Frame Structure Warehouse
Winter 2024
ACME KITCHENWARE was a project located in the city of Vaughan, and the project brief was to construct a Steel-Frame warehouse building within a given lot area. This project aimed to not only showcase my knowledge on the basics of steel framing, but also further develop my approach to collaboration and blending of different perspectives and ideas. Most importantly, the project allowed me and my partner to apply our knowledge of steel and concrete structures to determine the overall framing structure of the warehouse

Automotive Dealership Building
Winter 2024
The particular brand chosen for this project was Volvo’s all-electric subsidiary, Polestar. The Automotive Dealership project was located in the city of Vaughan and the client required a dealership design with a full sales center, amenities, and service spaces. The design also required compliance with the City of Vaughan by-laws and regulations for a C1 zoning designation. This project challenged my ability to think conceptually and to determine a design that suited the chosen automobile brand’s identity and philosophy.
