Hoco: Mystery no more Homecoming, to be held in the gym on Saturday, Oct. 8, is themed “Midnight in the Mystical Gardens.” “A lot of forest aspects to it, like wood, vines, that’s kind of what we’re building off of,” said Alex Saclayan, SGA second vice president. “We chose midnight because we wanted it to be a darker ambience.” Student can vote for Homecoming court on Oct. 3, 4 and 6. Oct. 3-6 is spirit week, with Music Monday, where you dress up as a musical artist; Gru’s-day (Tuesday), dress up as a minion or as the infamous Gru; and Color Wars on Thursday. Freshmen wear black, sophomores white, juniors blue, and seniors gold. The Homecoming pep rally will be after school in the gym on Oct. 6, and the football game will be on Oct. 7. Tickets for the dance will close on Oct. 7.
