Owner’s Representation The Walk at Bartram Park is an 18.9 acre Phase I project of a three phase 63.02 acre parcel, located in Jacksonville, Florida. It is located along Bartram Park Boulevard, west of Highway 95. The project consists of fourteen, three-story residential buildings containing a total of 336 units. The residential units are a combination of one- and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 835 to 1,477 square feet. The apartment buildings are listed as Type V-B construction, fully sprinklered with occupancy of R-2 and no mixed occupancy. Site amenities include an outdoor pool area. Parking is accommodated by 592 surface spaces, and 8 single-story detached garages provide 66 spaces, for a total of 658 spaces.
