Bra nding Work
Branding is crucial in industrial design because it creates an identity that goes beyond functionality, forming an emotional and memorable connection with users. A strong brand aligns the product with the company’s values and visual coherence, making it stand out in a competitive market and fostering user loyalty.
It’s important for an industrial designer to know 3D modeling because it allows us to visualize and refine designs accurately, communicate ideas effectively, and streamline the transition from concept to production. 3D models help identify potential issues early, saving time and resources, and enable collaboration with engineers and manufacturers.
3D Modeling
RENDERING
Rendering is crucial in a design because it allows for a realistic presentation of the product before manufacturing, making it easier to communicate the nal look to clients, investors, and team members. Renders help visualize materials, colors, and textures, improving decision-making and reducing errors. They’re also a powerful tool for marketing and sales.
2D & 3D ANIMATION
Animation is important because it shows how a product or system works in motion, helping to understand its mechanics, use, and bene ts more e ectively. Graphic animation, in particular, allows for dynamic and visually engaging communication, simplifying complex concepts and making information more accessible. In industrial design, both types of animation aid in explaining functions, assemblies, and processes step-by-step, improving comprehension, enhancing presentations, instructions, and marketing, while also capturing audience attention and creating an emotional connection with the product.
Technical plans
It’s important for a designer to create technical plans not only for products but also for production lines and company layouts. These plans ensure accurate execution, specify critical details for manufacturing, and optimize space and work ow. This skill also allows for e ective collaboration with engineers, ensuring ideas are implemented accurately and e ciently.
2D CNC Works
One of my career focuses has been specializing in the creation of 2D CNC-fabricated elements, as it is a tool that helps minimize production costs while o ering endless creative possibilities.
Welding Works
Throughout my career, I have had to apply professional welding techniques with high-carbon metals and/or heat-treated materials. These processes require pre- and post-weld metal preparation to maintain the piece's natural characteristics.
Restoration of machinery
The restoration of machinery requires a deeply knowledge about mechanics and electronics since any mistake during disassembly and reassembly can compromise the machine’s functionality, proper restoration or maintenance enhances its durability and maintains operator satisfaction.
Machines Manufacturing
I have had the opportunity to lead the design and production of various machines, such as load monorails, pro le bending machines, jib cranes, strapping machines, and more. This has allowed me to demonstrate my capabilities as a team leader and my e ective management of production chains.
In-depth knowledge of design and production processes allows me, as a professional, to utilize a vast array of tools to optimize each process and production chain, as well as to improve product quality.
Each project in my portfolio has been conceptualized and/or prototyped using specific prototyping methods, allowing me as a designer to succeed in every creation and project I’ve been part of. I’ve refined my skills as a creator, designer, composer, leader, and key project contributor to provide my clients with top quality and satisfaction in each work.
