Secured and unsecured loans with fixed repayments over a range of terms.

Sale & Leaseback/ HP Back

We purchase asset from client, releasing funds back to the business.

Hire Purchase

VAT due upfront. Title can pass to client at the end of term for a nominal fee.

Asset Based Lending

Invoice Discounting and Asset Based Lending facilities with up to 95% advance rates available.

COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFERING White Oak specialises in commercial loans that are tailored to the specific needs of a business.

We take a flexible approach to our loan offering and are proud to support SMEs and mid-corporates across the majority of business purposes.

We consider secured and unsecured lending. Personal Guarantees are typically requested on secured lending for Limited companies. Debentures may be requested on transactions over £250,000.

Our working capital and business development loans can be used for a range of purposes to help businesses with cash flow requirements.

We do not consider proposals for contracts regulated by the Consumer Credit Act or long term sub-hire.

PAYOUT PROCESS

To ensure a swift payout, a completed documentation pack is required and where applicable, alongside valid supplier and commission invoices.

We can pay out on scanned copy with original documents required before commission payments are paid.

SETTLEMENT TERMS

Our settlement figures are calculated on the total future repayments minus a 2% discount. For Hire Purchase agreements, title can pass to the client upon receipt of the settlement sum (including the option to purchase fee).

If a hard asset lease is settled early, the client may be invited to act as a sales agent on our behalf, selling our asset for a fair market value. 95% of sales proceeds will be rebated back to the client.
